Recenlty purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Woodruff Chevrolet and were charmed by the distinct small-town dealership feel, which added a personal touch to our buying experience. Although it was unusual for us to have a salesman, Brad, accompany us during test drives, his personable nature made the experience pleasant. We appreciate the intent behind this policy, as it fosters a more engaged and personal interaction.
The process of purchasing was straightforward, though we needed to wait for the dealership to receive the check from our credit union before we could finalize the purchase and trade-in. This cautious approach, reflective of their smaller scale, ensured everything was in order for a smooth transaction.
The team at Woodruff Chevrolet was very accommodating. They removed a partially installed flat tow kit from the Jeep, and at my request, installed tow hooks to restore the vehicle to its original OEM condition. Their willingness to tailor the car to our preferences was much appreciated.
Just as we were leaving, we discovered a small chip in the windshield. Brad was quick to assure us that it would be taken care of, highlighting their commitment to customer satisfaction. The car runs and drives beautifully, and its exterior is in excellent condition.
Our experience at Woodruff Chevrolet was genuinely heartwarming and reflected the benefits of a smaller, community-focused dealership. We recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle with a side of sincere, personal service.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase my new vehicle at Woodruff Chevrolet. The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Britney diligently followed up to ensure the vehicle would be available before our long drive. Upon arrival, David Brookshire greeted us warmly and informed us that the vehicle was already washed and ready. David was both friendly and professional! I emailed this dealership about placing a factory order for a new Silverado and was promptly responded to by Rick Brown, the sales manager. He discussed the process, timeline, and deposit details with me. We set an appointment to discuss it further. When I arrived, I was greeted by a great salesman named David and Rick, who walked me around the dealership, explaining the differences between the 2500 and 1500 Silverados. After some test driving, we settled on the 1500.
Rick and David went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience for me and my family. I have purchased many cars over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've had with a dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership over others in the area.
