“Came in this morning for an appointment for a passport. I’ve never done one before and had no idea what to do or where to start. The 2 ladies working today, Sue and Tina were absolutely AMAZING. They were so sweet and helpful and you could tell they enjoy doing what they do. Definitely have a new go to post office. They are wonderful!”
“I have had a PO Box at the Reidville location since relocating here 5 years ago. I was initially getting it at the Lyman location near the home I was having built in Lyman. They gave me all the run around even though I had all the documents and had paid online. I came here as it's close to me sister in Franklin Point and had absolutely no problem at all. I have accidentally sent a package to a different box because I left off a digit and Tammy went on the hunt and retrieved my package no questions asked. Another package went missing due to merchant error and there Tammy was on a hunt again. And when it actually did show up from FedEx, she went out of her way and gave me a call to let me know it had arrived. Everyone I've done transactions there with have always been quite helpful.”
“Friendly, helpful service. I just wish they had longer hours and was full service. I went on vacation and had my mail stopped while I was gone. When I came back to pick up my mail they told me they have no carriers there and I had to go downtown Spartanburg to get my mail.”

“Received a delivery confirmation from shipper but did not receive the package. Called the Woodruff Post Office and explained the situation to Zach (new Post Master). He drove out to my subdivision and located the package in a parcel locker less than an hour after my call. Turns out the shipper had a typo on the house # for this package. Amazing service!”
