Bad customer service I was told my bil would be 60.00 that's not true. I ask for the return policy and they said I couldn't get a refund for my first month's service. Really??? That's fraud because they didn't give me this information up front when I got the phone.

The location has 1 person working and they don't know how to troubleshoot or fix anything on a phone. I paid $35 to have my payday changed, it wasn't changed and I had to go a week without any phone service, and had to pay another $35 fee to change my pay date. The girl in the store was clueless on how to fix settings on a phone. You need to hire people that actually know how to help customers instead of just taking payments. The workers are lost when it comes to helping a customer. 0 stars. Shut down the store until you can find employees that actually know what they're doing

The girl charged me for the wrong plan. Everything ended up 50 dollars more than it was suppose to be. Had to call customer service to get everything fixed

The worst service I gotten in my life and was lied to about everything was supposed to be $70.00 plan bill was $110, phones not working correctly been back 3. Times phones still not working correctly,One can see why there 3.6 score is probably higher then It should beStay away from that store

Don't deal with this store! The manager brings her 3 year old toddler to work with her and is not willing to help you even when your phone is not working. She is disrespectful, abusive, too busy being on her phone with her family talking, and I had to go back 3 different times to get anyone to help me and even then I had to leave without my phone working (that I just purchased from this store only 6 days earlier).The girls at this metro location appear to just be in the store just to get paid, not to provide any kind of service for metro or METRO'S customers.WHY does a manager bring a toddler to work with her?Not to have to pay for a sitter and then take out her screaming child on METRO'S customer.A manager who is Abusive and threatening to customers must be reported and held accountable for their actions.

Customer service didn't know what they were doing. Tried to explain it to them but wouldn't listen to me. Do not recommend. Went to the one on Blackstock Rd besides Lowes, they got me service with Metro with no problems.

My experience at the metro pcs store in Woodruff, SC was nothing short of rude. The store manager Heather didn't know what she was doing she isn't knowledgeable she even told me that she didn't know how to fix it and to come back when her employee Paisly gets there because she knows more about setting up phones on top of that she even had the audacity to tell me I should get a new phone I just purchased a new phone two weeks prior. She was rude to me the entire time I was there! I did not come back instead I went to a metro store in spartanburg because I shouldn't be without a phone for a couple of days😣😠this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD THERE!
