These stores make You would think you are in a third world country when entering. There is CLUTTER everywhere!! No organization NOTHING IS STOCKED and the floors are dusty. But the employees are nice to say the least.

Employees are in a difficult situation but have always been kind or at least courteous. Helped me when I asked. I have to be honest, I don't really spend a lot of time freaking out and gauging how clean or organized the store is. I just go in, get whatever I need that they have grateful for whatever that amounts to, and then go on. I've never had a negative interaction with any employee ever, not once in ten years.

Every time I go to Dollar general at least one employee is smoking just beside the door. I quit smoking and the smell of the cigarettes makes me nauseous. Even the manager is outside smoking. Sometimes I have to go to the door to get an employee to come in so that I can pay for items. Also if by chance I manage to come in on a certain Tuesday and purchase certain items I'm given an attitude by staff and management. Need to hire a completely new staff and management.

Dollar General in Woodruff is a joke! Shelves are always half empty! Nothing can be found because the whole store is a complete mess! You can't get down the aisles due to unstocked boxes and junk sitting everywhere! The check out lines are always backed up from no one manning the registers! The manager spends all her time just sitting outside smoking instead of inside running the store! 90% of customers have stopped going here because it's not worth the hassle and waste of time! You're better off just going somewhere else!!

Store is never open.Closes before 5 everyday.Shelves are never stocked.Do y’all NOT have anyone that wants to be a Store Manager that will work so the store stays open? This can’t be good for business.This is the only store that I know of that closes because the Store Manager doesn’t wanna work.

This isn't a reflection on the woman who was working this one day in particular - Friday APRIL 15TH - but the rest of the staff and the other managers. You could tell she was stressed out but she was still polite and friendly to customers, even the ones who weren't being as cordial to her. HOW ARE Y'ALL GOING TO LET THAT WOMAN CLOSE BY HERSELF ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!? NOT EVEN THE STORE MANAGER WOULD STAY TO HELP HER CLOSE. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE! SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH HER TO HELP CLOSE. ESPECIALLY THE STORE MANAGER.
