Internet goes out every single day. They sit in the office and tell you to unplug and plug back in stuff to fix it ? They don't communicate with the guys who work the tickets either. It's too expensive and if spectrum comes to this area we will be switching.

Had the service for two years. Never late on a payment, my wife a I have to get up and reset the box at least 4 to 5 times a week to watch. channels just go away or whole thing out. Have never gotten one dime in credit. Hurry up spectrum!!!!

Kathy and I think his name was Lane? Have been so helpful! I needed my modem moved and it was a bit of a hassle to do it but he did it no problem. Also Kathy has been so helpful and has answered all my questions and got someone out to my house very quickly.

Worst company ever to deal with! Their prices are ridiculous as they know they have a captive audience. Don't try calling customer service with a question - they have no idea and just don't care. It's like they are reading from a script! Any other option would be preferable.

TruVista is not a place for seniors citizens they to, too high. I pay $105 just for internet services and I am 80 yrs old. We are locked in it's ridiculous even though I live in a senior citizen community housing.

Expensive service, yet even devices that are directly connected via Ethernet don't keep a steady state of connection. The aerial, fiber optic at my house is low enough to reach with my hand, from the ground.
