Easily seen from road with ample parking, wheelchair assistance and parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast service with a smile and a nice lobby and waiting area.

Horrible service. They have been to my house 3-4 × to fix the same problem ( static in my phone line) problem still there. Approx $100 a month for an awful connection. Sad part is that I am stuck with it because I'm in the country and cell signal is not available for emergencies. (Makes me wonder if that is why they don't care to fix the problem) As if that wasn't enough. We are wanting to dig in our yard. We went through the right channels to get them to mark where lines are. Appt. Was june 6th here we are June 8th and no one has been out or has called. I called the contact # on work order no answer, at this point I doubt they will call me back . If you can avoid truvista it would be in your best interest. I truly wish I could .

My husband and I have been customers since 2000. Since moving to the Armenia area, power outages have become the norm. Saturday, 11/26 (Palmetto Bowl) our power went off for 4.5. Luckily, we have a small generator so we didn’t miss the game. Our power goes out for intermittently ALL the time. Just long enough to mess up all our digital devices. It’s 2022 and it’s time to step up, FEC!

Customer service is horrible people are rude. Unhelpful and don’t care about anything. Wish I wasn’t forced to use this horrible company

Each year the Bill Increase to users goes higher and higher. No matter how much customers try to conserve energy the fix is already in to do a price hike on South Carolina citizens. How is this type of price gauging robbery even legal. My light bill is usually 100 - 130 range. This month it's $261.00I shouldn't have to pay for other users putting up Christmas lights during the Holidays andI definitely shouldn't have to pay extra for Fairfield Electric employees getting paid overtime during a ice storm. The customer is getting robbed. There isn't no there competing service allowed in the county so they basically have a monopoly on citizens.

I just moved in to this nice town and lovely area and sweet neighbors and great weather a few months ago. The electric has gone out twice in 4 months. That is unacceptable. Has anyone else has to pay for service they weren’t getting? My bill is extremely higher than anyone I know who lives by themselves. I turned all my heat off. I have to choice between heat or savings. This bill is ridiculous. Robbery. I have someone coming out next week I hope they can rectify this.
