Good customer service hot bar is not bad

Up until 2 weeks ago, I would have said their mashed potatoes were the best in town and the food was good and fair priced for the portions. Now, I think there are new owners and they have changed their products to the cheapest they can buy. The quality of the food is noticeably lower, the portion size is smaller, and they have increased prices. They are definitely going to lose money because this will drive customers to go elsewhere.
**UPDATE** Potatoes are back. Serving sizes are smaller on everything and the prices have gone up.

I will never buy food from them again. A two-piece dark meat combo is $6.79, and a two-piece white meat combo is $7.99. She told me my food was $9.19, but then it rang up as $12.72. My side had gravy on it, even though I didn't ask for gravy. They overcharged me. This store has gone downhill, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful store to stop at. The gas prices is usually the cheapest around town, the chicken is awesome, the beer is the coldest, and the prices is unbeatable in Williston. If you in a hurry on chicken please place a order in advance to avoid the wait on chicken and don't not go when the numbers need to be placed during the day.

As far as the gas station, they are alright. But as far as JR's Chicken, the fried chicken shop inside here, absolutely terrible. This review isn't based on one or two experiences. But more a combination of all my past visits, my friends and family. Everyone says the same thing. The woman running it is horribly rude. You could call ahead, have her make a 24 piece, and say you'll be there in 45 mins. You get there, the same woman you spoke to claims they don't take orders over the phone, and you need to come inside. Then when you say you want 24 pieces, they are too close to closing time. This is an example of what you'd deal with. It is always something. After my last incident I decided to write a review and stop making myself upset by trying to give them business.
