Everyone here is so kind! They do free pick ups too at your home address, which has been a lifesaver for my pottery business. I've had them pick up over 1000 packages in the past year! Saves me so much driving and time. Everything is handled with care. Thank you all so much!

I scheduled a pickup as usual. Today she didn't pick up my mail, she left a note in my mailbox saying there was up a dog outside? There are several neighborhood dogs all are friendly and have never been an issue in 5 years of living here, my mail has always been picked up.They have my phone number on the pickup request, yet didn't call me AND they marked my request complete. My mail was not picked up, the request is not complete, don't lie and say it is. Get better delivery workers who aren't so lazy.

Constant delivery to wrong addresses despite envelopes being clearly marked. Neighbors constantly bringing me my mail and I bring there's. Better off just dumping it out in the street and letting us sort it.

My mail and my neighbors is continually delivered to the wrong address. I am waiting on a check that was mailed 21 days ago with a payment for services rendered. This branch is very close to putting me out of business because they can't seem to read where packages go. The frustrating part is you can'y even call to talk to anybody about the issue.

Very rude and unprofessional service on all aspects. In the office and the delivery drivers. They speed down my driveway and when I say goodmorning, I get the response of "yeah" very rude.. the most unprofessional branch of USPS I've ever dealt with! I own a business and ship items daily from different locations all over the USA. Williamston branch and employees need to be under investigation, the employees are a liability to the entire USPS. Something needs to be done about this ASAP.

The only good thing about this post office are the front desk people and a few of the rural carriers. The current post master at this location refuses to work with local residents on the location of their mailboxes and refuses to grandfather the walk-up boxes in town.
