Two weeks past the event, 2 ½ weeks past the promised delivery date, and a 1 ½ months past when I first inquired about getting the plaque I get a notice to pay now that the plaque is finally ready.
Never again!

I decided, at the last minute, to personalize a few medals for a church event. From the moment I called Palmetto Trophy, Robbie provided excellent customer service. Not only was he kind and patient, but he was able to engrave my medals that same evening and even called to ask if I wanted the year added. The medals turned out great and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. If you need something engraved, look no further. They definitely earned a repeat customer in me!

I was really impressed with the fast, quality service provided by Palmetto Trophy. I needed a plaque engraved same-day, which I thought would be impossible. But they got it done and done well!

Highly recommend if you need anything engraved. Just had my personal journal engraved by them and they did an awesome job.
