Cat (or Kat, not sure how she spells it), and the whole team here, were fantastic. They ordered me a S23 FE and held it for a few days until I could make it in. When I came in, they were quick and helpful, and got me on my way. I got an amazing deal - a $600 phone for free - not to mention saving $50 a month compared to Verizon. I really appreciate the service!

Ordered Iphone 14 plus 2 weeks ago, said it was in store, drove there, no phone. Neither CSR, James or Georgia, knew anything. Williamston SC store.

The person I saw told me or fixed my phone wasn't getting any text, n wasn't able to send any either. Had not been in the settings to change anything. Keeps telling me it's not private? Why can't anyone fix that?
