When we first signed up with Eagle Guard we were told a spot would become open, likely in September (1-2 months out) for our camper. I would periodically check in with them to see what the status of waiting was and would either hear back that nothing is available (no predicted date) or no response at all. We waited over 18 months and never were able to move to the Anderson location. About a month ago, we had our battery wires clipped, stolen battery and 2 stolen propane tanks off our camper. I left them a message about this incident and never heard back. They have raised rates twice since we have been with them. They are doing some mild upgrades to the lot in Williamston although this is where our stuff was stolen. I realize you sign that they are not reliable and why we carry insurance but ti have shown zero care when our stuff was stolen is sad. Unfortunately we don't use our camper as much and rates again are going up, so we have opted to sell our camper and therefore do not have to deal with this any longer. Overall not a good experience and would recommend another place/company if you need to store a boat or camper.

Only because I can't give zero stars. Make sure you send them your move out by certified mail and have a notary because emails, texts and phone calls they don't get. They'll send you bills for months after move out and won't stop until you threaten legal action to match their threats.

Our in closed trailer was stolen from here and 4 months later we can’t get anyone to return our calls. No one can explain why or how. We were told “sorry about your luck” we were also told they are not responsible and told their insurance would not pay!!!!! Plz if anyone else has experienced this inbox us as we have contacted an attorney.

I would not rate 1 star if i didnt have to because of how i have been treated. My unit was 95 right in the back by the fence. Someone broke into my unit and stole almost all of my things. Over 5k worth. This place did not help me with another unit nor did anyone come out to see the damage or fix the fence someone cut a hole through to try and get into. There was NO help at all from this place. I finally received my insurance in the mail a day ago. It took me 3 months to get this. I will never use this place again. Your cameras are a big JOKE.

Excellent storage units. Anytime you call they answered and answered any questions you had. Maintenance is on site for any problems and always willing to help.

Beware, beware, beware...The worst storage facility I have ever used. Cheaply built but charge premium prices, no electricity in unit (lights), facility is not paved or leveled (huge holes and ditches), Campers parked between buildings making it difficult to access my units with trailer. Entry gate was stuck in open position for over a month and after numerous calls to ask when it would be repaired kept telling me two weeks - asked to speak with owner about gate issue and was told he is too busy to speak with you...I said he is not busy to cash my rental check. Will be moving out.

Unfortunately, my unit was broken into which is not necessarily Eagle Guard's fault. However, during the investigation, I learned that they only have 1 camera at the gate and when unclaimed units are auctioned, the purchasing party is provided with a generic maintenance code. So, the only people that can be tracked going through the gate are paying customers. If this isn't bad enough, I vacated my unit on April 30th. Left a voicemail and an electronic message through the website. I was charged for the month of May. I called and spoke with Tammy advising of the above and that I was unable to access my account online so I could not cancel automatic payment. 2-3 days later, I received another bill for June. I called again and was told that this was taken care of. So now, May 31st, I finally received a notice that I have successfully moved out of this unit. In conclusion, not only did I loose a couple thousand dollars worth of my property, I was charged an extra month and am not confident that another month won't be charged because I cannot access my account to discontinue the autopay.
