James R. with Jim's Auto came out and plugged a tire for me through AAA in less than 30 minutes! He even put air in another tire he thought looked low for me, very professional and quick service. I'd highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I wanted to write this review because this is the best AAA service we have ever experienced. We lost the key fob for our Ford Explorer and needed assistance in getting into the vehicle. My wife called AAA, and made it clear that this was not an emergency, however Jim's AAA team showed up less than 30 minutes later and well after 5 pm. The AAA guys were very professional and kind. They were able to unlock our Explorer in no time.
But, what made this interaction over the top was the fact that the AAA guys showed us how to unlock our vehicle with a code in the owner's manual. We have had this vehicle for ten years, but the dealer never showed us this! This little bit of knowledge was awesome!
Many thanks to the two AAA guys that came out to assist us!

From the tow to the repair, first class service. They replaced my alternator, in a car (MBZ) that most mechanics won’t even open the hood! Very happy with repair & cost.

Had my son's car brought in for two new tires, to diagnose what was going on with front right tire, and labor for breaks because I'd already purchased the parts but didn't have the time to put them on myself. Remembered the blower was making a horrific noise and vibrations and called and asked if they could look at it too. Spoke to the mechanic Tyler a few times with updates and giving my permission before any work not previously quoted was added along with an updated charge amount. I picked my son's car up the next day with new tires, an answer to what was wrong with the front right tire (bent wheel) and it fixed, the blower cleaned out causing the ac to be so nice and quiet and it was also aligned. They did great work, saved me time I didn't have to spare and at a reasonable price. I appreciate the calls keeping me updated and requesting permission before doing any extra work. I trusted them with my child's car, and I do not regret it.

My daughter was broken down on the side of the road late at night with a flat tire and stripped lug nuts (side not: Goodyear stripped her lug nuts) so we were unable to change the tire ourselves. We requested roadside assistance through our insurance and a company called Jack rabbit was dispatched with an ETA of about 50 minutes. They never showed up or contacted us. We gave them about an extra 40 minutes past the ETA, still didn't show so I tried calling their number, which isn't even local, it was a New Jersey area code to find out where our help was and I had to leave a message after holding for 6 minutes! We contacted insurance again to have another company dispatched as she had been on the side of the road for 2 hours at this point and it's after midnight. They then dispatched Jim's Auto and ETA was 50 minutes. Within minutes of hanging up from insurance, Jim's auto called and said they would be there in about 15/20 minutes and that they didn't have the tool for stripped lug nuts but they could try another method. Sure enough, Marcus showed up much quicker than the original ETA and was able to remove the lug nuts and get the spare tire on very quickly. I am incredibly impressed and so, so thankful for Jim's auto. I highly recommend them for emergency roadside help. I know I'll be requesting them specifically if we're ever in need again. After hours of stress and anger Marcus was truly our hero to the rescue. Thank you so much Jim's Auto and Marcus!

God, this place a LIFE SAVER !!!!! I had my car break down and called AAA where they towed me to Jim's, I am soo impressed with how helpful they are, from the towing to their place of business!!! Couldn't ask for better service HANDS DOWN !!!

Was supposed to replace the key switch and get it running didn't do thatReplaced battery terminals and put it on the machineCharged me $440 for absolutely nothingMy truck is a 92 F150 and I believe he wanted it for partsParts for my truck are at an all time highHe was hoping to get it for nothing and make a killing off the partsI'll never go back
