I brought my dog who had been bitten by a copperhead and they were excellent in getting us a room quickly, diagnosing and providing medication. Other emergency vets would have forced the antivenom and thousands of dollars of treatment, I was able to get her taken care of for less than 300.

Dr Stroud and the staff took very good care of me! I was a walk-in and waited to be seen by Dr Stroud because my mom talked highly of him. We went somewhere else to have our German Shepherd foreign object surgery done, and they messed him up BADLY!. Took him in to see what Stroud thought we needed to do. We ended up having to put our German Shepherd down due to poorly neglect from FoxNest( Golden Corner) in Seneca! Dr. Stroud and the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease when my baby ran across the rainbow bridge! I highly recommend this place. They truly care about you but mostly your animals.! I am switching my other German Shepherd to them! R.I.P Gunner we love you so much!!

Yesterday, we were walk ins for our sweet little pup. This is our regular veterinary clinic, but they had no open appointment times and we needed help. They were upfront about the unknown wait time.
While we were there we knew a few families were saying goodbye to their pets, they have a candle on the desk that is on when that’s happening, and the staff was so kind and loving to the families. It was special and I’m thankful I witnessed it.
When Dr Smith came in, he was caring to listen to our issue and then fast to get to work figuring out the best plan for us. The staff was caring to our little pup and was kind to us, knowing that we were stressed and tired from the day.
Walk In hours begin at 2pm, which is so smart to not make other patients wait for their scheduled appointment times and respectful to the walk ins time, in my opinion.

Friendly staff, I went in to get a confirmation on heartworm test. It was very affordable and a painless process! The other owners in the lobby seemed to be very familiar and content with their service as well.

I've brought my mothers dogs here and I've also brought my cats to this vet when I was in South Carolina. The staff is nice and the doctors seem fine but the wait times are obscene. And I held off on commenting on this for years because when we were in the middle of the pandemic with everybody being masked and 6 feet apart and waiting outside and they were figuring out their computer system the long wait times are seemed somewhat justified while they were sorting things out. But two years later I making appointments so that I don't have to wait for a walk and still waiting well over 90 mins to get in. And then deciding maybe afternoon is the problem and coming early in the morning for a follow up and still waiting over an hour. The doctors are very different and have contradicted one another, as well. We've since moved away and found a lovely vet near the new house.

i have taken my pets there for 40 years. Not had a problem until the last year. They have so many new rules and policies that all boils down to money. i needed a little understanding and help and all I got was no our policy is different now. No concern no help at all. Just rude uncaring people. Dr. Stroud I will miss you. You are awesome. But I've already found a new vet who cares and the whole team there is just the best and the prices are so reasonable. Loyalty means nothing here.

Would not see a wounded pet who needed stitches !! Will never go there again and wouldn't take my worst enemy to see them !!! Where is Mike? He most definitely would....

Horrible check in system, can be seen by vet maybe an hour after an appointment time, don't book an appointment if you have any plans for afterwards. I've been on hold for over an hour now. Staff is friendly and the vets are good.

Wonderful! Thanks for getting Buffy in. I feel so much better knowing she has had all of her shots. All of the employees were kind.

Gucci needed her vax updated. I warned them that she is a "screamer" meaning she is really loud when she's hurt. I never heard a peep out of her when they took her back and she didn't shake for hours after we left. They need to give me the secret! ? Thank you for whatever you did. 5 stars
