I can't say enough good things about this establishment! I bought a brand new F150 there almost 3 years ago and it's PERFECT for me. Barry sold me that. I went there yesterday to get help programming my new Wave Runner trailer to the truck and I can't say enough about Zach and Eddie! Zach put the dimensions of the trailer into the program and Eddie Rogers did the rest. Eddie even had to move the brackets on the trailer to make sure the rear sensors on the truck could read the sticker. They had the best attitude and helped me soooo much! Have a super day guys! I could NEVER have done this on my own.

Bunch of crooks. Was screwed over royally for a 2017 mustang I bought last year. There was an issue with the passenger window that would randomly lower and raise on its own, likely a sensor issue. Was I made aware of this if Edwards was aware of this issue? Nope. Given an insane interest rate of 11% even with great credit, but for a 7 year old car? Lol. Got screwed because I'm a female who came in alone, so I guess that's somewhat my own fault. Traded in my car to get the mustang and trade in value was $14,000 but I still had to give a $1,200 down payment? Lol. That lemon I was sold was a huge headache. Traded in that piece of junk for a brand new car at Scenic Chevy and was told to cancel gap insurance on the mustang, which I did and was lied to when I was told TD Bank would send me a refund check. Called just now and was told it would be sent through my bank? Why when I paid the damn insurance and not my bank? Then the man wanted to say then the bank would send it to me? Which one is it, buddy? And was told by my salesman at Chevy that Edwards is very shady. Never again will I purchase a car from there. Such a laughable experience.

From beginning to end. Zach and Terry where extremely helpful. They where willing to work with me and help me find the best bang for my buck. I am extremely appreciative of them and everyone else including Erin who was awesome as well. Definitely recommended them for all future cars and trucks.

We went to Tiger Ford to look about possibly purchasing a new SUV. We talked to Justin Best and he patiently set down took notes of the things we did and didn’t like. He then helped us narrow down our options not trying to push us towards the most expensive option but the ones best for our budget. He then drove the SUV we was interested in up infront of the store answered all our questions, let us test drive it and then went through the rest of the process smoothly and since we were driving a rental he then drove the new car to our house so we wouldn’t have to make two trips.Would recommend !!!

This is by far the worst dealer I have dealt with in my experience. I was dealing with Terry ( salesman) and Zack (general manager). They list vehicles they are not cleaned or ready. Then drag you along for almost a week. Numbers on trade changed as they dont hold their word. (text messages to prove this) During the week time of them trying to get their stuff together, they play the typical used car salesman games. Then they sold the truck to someone else but had the same exact truck 10k more miles come into the dealership suddenly ( but failed inspection) I gave them one last chance to make this right and they failed miserably. Please save your time and steer clear from this dealership. You will only waste time.
