“Can not say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. Was leaving Ace and my truck wouldn't start so I walked over to advance. William was great let me borrow a jump box but that wasn't the issue... long story short Papa Bear that works there was getting off work and with what we thought would be a quick battery swap turned in to replacing the battery and putting a new starter on the truck. Something g papa bear was able to diagnose with old school knowledge you just don't see now a days, I tried to pay him for his time and he refused, dont see that much these days either. They went above and beyond what could be asked and had a tremendously great attitude and I am so appreciative of all of you. Thank you!”
