Wanted to charge 31.00 for 60 #6 screws when I bought a pack of 100 at Homedepot for 6.99. This is the last straw. Will not shop here again.

Super friendly service! When I moved to the US back in 2021, and we lived up north and the Ace Hardware in Gouverneur was my absolute favorite! They had a HUGE gift area upstairs in a large old building I loved to explore. When we moved, I looked for an ACE Hardware and found one in West Union. It's small, but well stocked. The staff are super friendly AND helpful, AND you can actually find help when you need it (unlike the big box stores). All my experiences have been positive. I highly recommend it.

Will never step foot in their stores again..... I got a ace gift card from Amazon and they are telling me I got scammed and their main office wouldn't even look on amazon to confirm. Worst customer service ever..... just wanted to add I went to white Jones ace hardware in anderson sc and they took care of me with no issues.
