I have auto refills on one of my prescriptions, and my doctor always has it written every 3 months and I pick it up or sent to my home once a month. I had a notification saying it had been refilled, and then today I got another notification saying the entire prescription had been cancelled. I called the pharmacy and I was told I had no refills left. I told them my doctor sent in my new prescription last month and I was looking at my current pill bottle showing I had 3 refills left. Whoever I talked to on the phone basically told me too bad, so sad. He told me once a pharmacist decides to cancel a prescription there’s absolutely nothing they will do about it even if it was an error on their part. I asked “Just to clarify, you guys can and will cancel prescriptions for no reason even if someone has refills available?” And he said yes. So instead of contacting my provider to verify, they cancelled the entire prescription. Even when I told him I had 3 refills, there was zero effort to try and help me, he pretty much told me tough luck. I also checked to see if I had been contacted to tell me about my prescription before it had been cancelled and of course they made no attempt to call me. I’m going to be seeing my doctor again on Monday, and I’m going to be sending all of my prescriptions going forward to a different pharmacy. Obviously they’re incompetent, lazy, irresponsible, careless and their customer service is non existent. I would have gotten just as far talking to a doorknob. Take your prescriptions elsewhere because they can and will cancel your prescription whenever they feel like with absolutely zero explanation. I also have a prescription savings membership I will be cancelling. I don't think anyone should trust this place with their medications.

Walgreens randomly decided to stop filling my prescriptions from my doc with no notice. Now I am without my prescriptions while I search for another pharmacy. I will no longer be doing any business with Walgeeens.

The Pharmacy Staff is very helpful in answering questions concerning our health in relationship to our prescriptions.

Went through the drive thru to go pick up my prescription and their computers were down, instead of telling me over the little intercom/microphone thing a lady (may have been a guy) with really short hair puts up a peice of paper to the window with "our computers are down. Wait or come back later Sorry!" Which I though was very rude and unprofessional..I already had to drive out of my way to come to this pharmacy bc my pharmacy was out of the medicine..I will NEVER come to this pharmacy again.

Waited in drive thru for 35 mins to be told the medications that was supposed to be ready at 11am the previous day was still not ready and they could be ready in 30 mins or less. It is raining outside, I am otw to a meeting and needed these medications. Appears they could fill it right then since they were able to get it to me so quickly. I looked at the drive thru and there were 6 cars back after me. I explained I had already be in the drive tru for 35 mins and there were 6 cars which means another wait in a line and I had an appointment. At this point I am far from upset and raised my voice. I was told to come inside, move my car, or the cops would be called. The pharmacist then came to the drive tru and took my payment and ID and stated she will get my meds ready and bring them out to my car in the front of the store. - within 15mins my meds were deliver to my car. 1. Medications were not ready 30 hours after told they would be ready. 2. Why was it not stated in the beginning they will bring my medications to the front as soon as they are ready? Situation was escalated that could have been avoided. I moved from CVS years ago because of issues with meds not being ready. I have a few issues but to be expected but never like today.

These people sell money cards that are defective or no good. After you activate them and they dont load the money on them properly you are out whatever amount you gave them for the purchase. Money cards are no good. Do not buy them anywhere. There is no refund on these cards. I do not know who is getting the money but it was not the person I sent the card to. Never buy money cards from any store. They are a rip off and nonrefundable once purchased.

The pharmacist went out of her way to help me. She knew that it was time for my prescription and called the doctor for me.

This Walgreens is great. The guy at the photo counter seems to have been there forever and it's always super helpful and makes sure our photos are right!

Walgreens is close to where I live so it is super easy to run in when I need something last minute. The store is clean and put together. There is always someone at the front register so someone is always there if I need something like a price check. I do wish this location was open 24/7 but they are open until 10.
