Where to start…Sam was the absolute best to work with. I came in the store with uncertainty but he was there to clear everything up. He spoke to me like an actual person and not someone he wanted something from. I would absolutely recommend coming to this store and getting help from these absolutely amazing people.

I would like to thank Sam for helping my son get his phone back up and running. It needed a new SIM card and Sam diagnosed the problem quickly and had us on our way within 15 minutes. He was knowledgable and great to work with. Thanks Sam, you made our day!

I went to Verizon today to get my phone fixed. My phone has been stuck on SOS for a month and came to get it fixed. I got my phone fixed thanks to Shawn! I like how very nice and kind he is, and even helped me with my phone. I like the positive tone he has and a great worker he is! I give my thanks to him! Thank you Shawn!!! ^^!

Okay I never got his name, but the guy who refers to the natural titanium IPhone as “natty titanium” needs a raise. Lol he was amazing and kept my friend and I laughing! And very helpful. We will forever be loyal to the West Cola Verizon ??

I was absolutely shafted by Verizon’s store and technical team. I purchased a certified IPhone 13 from the store in May of 2023. By mid August of 2023 the phones logic board malfunctioned and the phone I bought no longer functioned for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular data. I was told to go on pre-paid by the Verizon store representative when I purchased the phone to lower my bill and as a result I was not allowed put any coverage or warranty on the phone. After 2 hours on the phone Verizon said that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do. I will now have to pay Apple $500 to have the parts replaced. What was sold to me as an “excellent functioning” phone turned out to be hundreds more dollars out of my pocket and a significant hassle to solve.Disappointed to say the least. I will spend the rest of my existence ensuring none of my friends or family ever select Verizon as their cellular provider.

I switched from big box store to this store several years ago and haven’t looked back. River has been my sales agent for all my phone needs for the last 3yrs. Great salesman, attention to details, and the kind of work ethic you’re looking for when it comes to getting you the right phone and plan for you or your family. RIVER is AMAZING!!! Truly saved my day!!! I couldn’t be anymoregrateful. After spending an hour at a different Verizon location with zeroooo help, River fixed the problem within 5 minutes and dealt with my aggravated mood from the previous Verizon.River is awesome !! Totally will go back to him for any Verizon needs ! He kept me as a customer today!

Should have never switched from Tmobile. This particular shop told me I had insurance on my phone and screen protector. Both needed to be replaced and each time Ive gone in to ask questions, the interrupt me, tell me that they never handle replacements and then tell me to call some third party company who end up telling me to contact verizon. T-Mobile ALWAYS replaced my insured devices in store
