I use the UPS box across from the air hub, the main building everyone works at. I have dropped packages in that box on 6/17 that still have not been picked up. This happened to our office a few months ago as well and we were told the person that usually picks up that box was on vacation and the person that was assigned to pick it up while the other was on vacation neglected to do it!!! Fast forward to June 17, 2024 and here we are again. Trying to get someone on the phone is absolutely absurd. Finally, I get them to call me on 3 different occasions, telling me they will research and call me back within the hour. Surprised that those calls never came! Now trying to reach a manager... Why have a box at a location if it's not going to be monitored. We've had this UPS account for over 20 years and I will say the service is the worst it has ever been!!!

My cousin from WA had requested a packed be delivered through their 1 day air delivery to SC. It made it to the facility day 2 and sat there for more than 5 days, which was completely unacceptable. I called customer service and they kept telling me it was going to arrive that day I called. I'll remember to use FEDEX or even USPS next time I or a family member decides to send a package.
