This is still new for us, but so far so good. There hasn't been anyone in the office, but they have been SOOOOO good about answering texts & phone calls quickly and professionally. Everything was done online (reserving, paying, getting gate codes, etc.). It all went very smoothly and everything was exactly as I was told.

My wife and I were moving from Florida to retire in our home state of SC after being away for 35 years. Our daughter had recently gotten a job in Orangeburg, SC but is living in the West Columbia area. She told us about Sabal Storage and it has been a great blessing. The ease of doing things online and the owner’s willingness to work with us on two 10x10 units instead of a 10x20 went without any problems. I highly recommend Sabal Storage for both the ease of service and willingness to help us with our temporary storage needs until we purchase a home. It also has access to Charleston Highway and I-26 in 3-5 minutes. It is the perfect place for us.

It was really easy to rent a unit, the man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. There is easy access 24/7, and I could backup to the unit easily. The unit was clean and ready to go, they made it easy.

I have been at this storage facility for about as long as it's been open. So far, so good with the new ownership. I see some grounds improvements taking place, and hope that eventually it will be all fenced in.

Great place to put the clutter from your home. They even have a store if you want to donate your stuff that you no longer want.
