The mailroom is quick and convenient. Been paying bills with them from when they were located off Knox Abbott drive. Not only can you pay bills but they offer other services as well, check them out.

Very disappointed as I specifically called and asked what the last pick-up time was for UPS 3 day select and Fed Ex Overnight and they told me 6 PM. My 3 day select package did not ship out until the next day making it 1 day late on arrival. If they would have told me UPS had already pick-up when I dropped it off at 5:15 pm, I could have taken it the other UPS place down the street, but they did not even offer to tell me that information.

I took my friend (60 years old) and 2 granddaughters here to pay a power bill. Sadly, as me and my granddaughters parked after dropping her close to the building, she fell and got hurt. She's still in the hospital, recovering from surgery. I asked the ladies, while waiting for ambulance to arrive, if my grandchildren could use a restroom.... It was an emergency! I couldn't leave my friend, due to head injury, as instructed by 911. I'm not saying they were rude, just unconcerned at all. Maybe management should look into a restroom, or more compassionate employees..... My granddaughter cried, out in 95 degree weather, as urine ran down her leg and watched her other grandma being loaded in the ambulance. So no, not very happy with this place!!!

The owner is so sweet and very helpful. I only go to the Mailroom as they are the quickest, easiest, and cheapest. I prefer helping out smaller businesses in our community. It's super convenient that she ships a variety of postal services. Also she has a lot of cute gifts in her shop! Love this place.
