I called this this morning and within two hours they were picking up our vehicle!! The gentleman was super nice (unfortunately didn't catch his name) and very professional!! These guys are amazing and highly recommend! Their pricing was phenomenal and cheaper than any other business around!! Thank you guys for your loyalty to your customers and professional business attitude!! 5 stars all the way!

After having a tire, the front right tire to be exact, pass me on the interstate of 77 heading towards Charleston right before the Fort Jackson exit my husband and I were completely at a loss of what we were going to do. Thinking our car was completely ruined we contacted our neighbor for advise on a tow truck. He recommended superior and the dispatch lady answer the phone and stated that the driver she was sending was the most experience but may possibly scratch the front bumper getting the car onto the truck. I immediately went from crying too laughing hysterically saying ma'am I don't have a tire on the front of my car not really worried about my bumper right now. She sent out gym, who with his experience took a good look at car underneath saw that are tire was still good but only had two bolts, all lugs were gone. He took the ramp and lifted the front of the car up didn't scratch the bumper at all and put the tire back on the vehicle attaching it with one lug he drove it onto the back of the truck. I was in awe of his expertise and care of our vehicle. This man actually drove our car onto the back of the truck. Yes HE DROVE IT ONTO THE TRUCK!! Upon arriving home he carefully inspected it and looked it over really well and said that he saw no damage, surprisingly enough, that we just needed to get new bolts and lugs..... And an alignment!! I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW ABOUT SUPERIOR TOWING AND HOW INCREDIBLY AMAZING THEY WERE IN SALVAGING WHAT WE EXPECTED TO BE A RUINED VEHICLE!!! ??CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH JIM, for not only getting us home with a vehicle that cost us under $20 to fix plus the alignment of course but for your optimistic outlook on things and that positive attitude is a rare quality and just what we needed when we thought all was going to be completely destroyed. If you want something done right and in a cheerful way when you feel then impending doom call Superior towing and ask for Jim to come and get your vehicle and share some of that cheerful disposition!!! He completely and totally blew mine and my husband's mind?...

Eddie went above and beyond to help my family get a replacement rental car. Since it was the night before Ft Jackson graduation, there were no replacements in Columbia. He drove to Charlotte to pick up a car and deliver it. While I was dealing with the stress of negotiating with the rental agency and making it to my son’s graduation, Eddie was stalwart and compassionate. I am truly grateful for him and his wife. They made an unbearable situation bearable because I knew he would not leave me stranded. I have extended family in Columbia and will make sure they always call Superior if they need a tow!
