My husband visited this shell station on his lunch break for some gas and a drink. The cashier was very rude to him, ive also tried to call and they won't pick up their phones.Here is what happened with the experience here.The women is black and my husband is white, my husband went into the shell to pay for his gas and drink, he noticed the women was busy and waited for service, after awhile, he said can i please get $30 on pump #*? and put his cash on the counter for her since her hands were full.She replied with a rude, "yeah". And held her hand out rudely as he was already at the door, knowing he left the cash there on the counter for her, she simply didn't want to pick it up herself, so she continued to be rude to my husband, he was patient with her and even waited for service for awhile before leaving the cash on the counter.He walked back to the counter, handed her the cash she could have picked up herself, and said thank you and left. She never said thank you back, told him to have a good day or anything she should have done per her job title. we feel as though she was being very racist and acting as though she was to good to be serving a white person, or let alone work at a gas station.Please do better, i will be contacting corporate, and if need be, posting to socials.Thank you - The Jones Family.
