When I entered the store I was greeted with pensive views and raised eyebrows. I brushed it off as some people have their bad days. I had stopped by this location to get something to drink for my family and myself and to change my children's diapers. Upon entering the men's room I notice there is no changing table. Okay this is not the end of the world even though this gas station is still living in archaic times, but I do find it uncomfortable to have to go into a women's restroom. Thankfully they were single use bathrooms!! As I waited for the lady's room to be unoccupied I browsed the store to get an idea of what I wanted to get the kids to eat and drink. The lady in the bathroom emerged and low and behold it was a store employee. I kindly asked her if I could use the restroom to change my children and she informs me there isn't one...at this point I am pretty upset as my children needed to be changed and my only option was to do it in my small car. I was willing to look past there being no table in the men's room but to not have one at all is a bit ridiculous considering they are off an exit of a busy interstate road. If you have children that need changing do not come here.

Was there 2/21/22 black lady at the counter, very rude with an attitude, told me you not my daddy. I went to another counter, she came there very upset, talking loud.

First of all, let me preface that I am not one that usually writes a review ever. If I do there is a reason. I lost my card and used at this gas station. I politely called, and asked if anyone had turned it in. She said no, and I asked if she could please go outside and check because I was already in the upstate 2 hours away and couldn't physically just go check myself. She told me no she couldn't and hung up before I could even say anything. She was really rude. If you are in customer service, treat your customers decent. I was a frequent customer when traveling through that area, but not any more.

This will be the last time I spend my money at this store. The older Indian lady running the register is rude and has an attitude. I guess asking for a receipt is to much to ask for. I told her the outside card reader wasn't working and she told me maybe I didn't know how to use it. I think I know how to insert a card into a card reader. I will take my business somewhere else. If you don't like dealing with people dont make customer service a career choice.

I speak hindi and have watched and heard multiple times as they mocked customers and laughed at peoples whom were less than fortunate they have no respect for their customers so I'll be taking all of my business elsewhere

My Credit card Number was stolen while buying GAS at this location. I only used my card in the Gas pump itself. There was no apparent external reader attached to the pump because I look for those. I used my card 1 time that day at that place and it was stolen and attempted fraud only hours later.

Decent but no frills gas station and convenience store right off the freeway. Unflushed but working toilets..I don't get this...sigh. Lots of snack foods, pay and pump gas, the lady at the counter was friendly and polite. I'll try to skip this place the next trip but "when you gotta go you gotta go!"
