“We purchased our home 11 years ago. Prior to moving in, I called the Camden office to set up service. Jenny, led me through the entire process and was very kind during the craziest time of my life. I never had propane heat and was not sure how the process worked. Jenny led me through the process and calmed my nerves. Jenny suggested many options (such as propane logs for our fireplace etc.), monthly billed and locking in my costs. Over the years, Jenny always treated me as friend, more than a customer. She was always there to help us supply our home with propane. Last year, we installed a new heating/air unit and no longer require propane. Palmetto Propane recently came to pick up their tank.Honestly, I feel like I am loosing a friend. A HUGE shout to Jenny for treating me like family. The world would be a better place if all Customer Service representatives like Jenny in this world!Thank you Palmetto Propane for your excellent service!”

“This location (West Columbia, 400 Orchard Dr) is the ONE U-Haul location in the area that has its act together. General Manager Matthew Kirkland did a phenomenal job on a day where other locations (and U-Haul corporate) were dropping the ball. I wouldn't have gotten my move done without him. The facility is clean and air conditioned, the vehicle was there as promised and in great shape, and the process to check it out and check it back in went very smoothly.
