Man up front was nasty and a hater would never reccomend this esterblishment EVER! The guy was bug eyed and rude as all get out talkin about how he cant delver to my home since I was there he said i had to be outside the buldin and wait a periodicaly time to order again. Never ckme back ever again nope nope. This place smelts cheese like never seant before in my life

I ordered 2 pizzas and the donut bites. The service was quick but that might be the issue. I think the concern is more on speed than quality. The location has never truly had proper management. Staffing is an issue everywhere but many other franchises find unique ways to fulfill those positions. It all begins with the leadership the franchise owner is hiring. At this location the 0-10 rating would be a 3. Donut bites avoid them at all costs, they do not taste edible at all. The pizza was rushed with toppings slidin off with the cheese and undercooked dough. I understand things happen so im willing to try again but this time I will verify my order is up to par before I leave.

Pizza was very dry , nowhere near enough sauce. Service was good , I had to go through drive through to place order but was brought out to me when it was ready.

My family has been getting pizza here for 20+ years and it has always been good. Never greasy unlike other places where you could see the grease everywhere.

Delivery. Pizza was good but boxes were smashed, pizza was slid sideways. Last time I ordered they forgot my drinks. If you try to call store it just goes to a call center. I’ll use another Pizza Hut from now on. I tipped 20% for crushed food.

I placed an online order at this location. In the comment section, I stated "PLEASEEEE COOK TIL CRISPY!!!" The pizza was NOT well done whatsoever! When I picked up the pizza, it folded and all of the toppings fell off. The crust in the middle of the pizza was soggy. I called and spoke to the manager, Cameron/Camryn, and made a complaint. I was told there was no one that could deliver a new pizza. I asked if I could pick up the pizza the next day because I already drove there once. I was told I can ONLY receive a $10 credit. I explained that I would like to receive the exact pizza that cost more than $10. I was then told if I did not DRIVE BACK TONIGHT, I would NOT be provided with the same pizza that I originally purchased as if I'm the one that made the pizza incorrectly. Cameron/Camryn stated it is "store policy." I have been a LOYAL customer for over 6yrs. Never again! Clearly, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!
