Today was my first day using Pine Ridge pharmacy. They made my day. Very pleasant attitude and service was awesome. Upon moving here I was looking for a great pharmacy and now I have one. It’s let’s than 10 minutes from me. Upon dropping my prescription off I met a Lady Pharmacist very pleasant attitude. Then coming back to pick it up my prescription I met Mr.Buster Phillips another Pharmacist. So nice and kind and very friendly..Thank You all for helping me choose my pharmacy. Need a Pharmacy this is the one.

I went there to find some cough medicine after my main pharmacy CVS was not able to get my RX due to backlog. The young man there was able to help me, not only that but he was able to call CVS and transfer my RX and I was out of there quick. Exceeded my expectations, they went above and beyond. Not used to this kind of customer service from the my main pharmacy, definite a happy shopper. Nice to see this level of customer service now a days. Highly recommended!

Got our Covid booster there. I was not able to go inside so was able to get my vaccine in the car. Its like 3 miles from our home. I made the appointment online and everything worked out great. I wish my drug plan was for that pharmacy. It would be so much better for us.

This is a small pharmacy located in a small community, but serves the needs of the community really well. While I was there, someone (tech/pharmacist) was out with a customer who was afraid to get a shot, and showed utmost patience with the person out there.

I wish I could give a zero. Been going for over a year and haven’t had a good experience yet. The owner is the worse, always has a horrible attitude; always. I’m not sure if she knows how to smile. So rude. Going to be changing pharmacies and never coming back. I thought since they were a small local pharmacy that they would care about their customers. Boy was I wrong.
