Took our pup to get care for possible parvo, she tested positive and i didn’t have thousands to take her to other vets after finding out they offered treatment for this virus I made an appointment I got a message that they could see her the same day the vet herself was amazing she was so kind however I was not impressed by the manager who came off harsh and not so sympathetic when it came to the cost of everything I was told to beg on fb and social media that they do not take charity cases he couldn’t help with the cost I did get the funds from a friend and was able to get her the treatment and was told that they have not lost a dog yet with this new injection it’s day four after treatment my baby is still sick I’m hoping for improvement but with little I’m so worried I was told to give updates I reached out and let them know how she was doing the next day after treatment and got a message back thanks for the update I’ll let the vet know and hopefully she continues to get better and no response yesterday when I had some questions no one answered the phone no one answered my message I just wasn’t impressed with the level of all around care and how I was treated during a already difficult time

The line wasn’t even that long 4-5 people and it took almost an HOUR to check in for the mobile clinic. Which we only went to because after call, text, email, text again, our current vet calling we still hadn’t heard anything. They seriously need to get a QR code registration/ online registration with a wait number that will text you for your turn.

i trusted you and you let my kitty down. she was sick and you weren’t interested in figuring out what was wrong. we came in 4 times and all it would have taken was blood work on that 2nd visit to diagnose her liver failure and treat her condition. instead, you baited me into coming back month after month. for a paycheck? for a ‘donation’ to the clinic? you let her down. she’s gone and you could have prevented it. incuriosity killed my cat.

Our late dog was adopted as an adult, but we decided to adopt a puppy this time around. Caroline, Dajah, and Bob were tremendous help, and we brought our little peanut home in July. We took her to one of PETSinc's mobile vet sites (Lancaster, SC) a couple weeks later for her shots update and a nail trim. Taylor, Ron, and Dr. John were great! This past weekend, we noticed digestive issues with our little girl, so an appointment was scheduled at the PETSinc clinic (located at the shelter). Andy checked us in and took us to an exam room. The wait was less than 10 minutes until Skylar came in to ask the preliminary question for notes. She took the stool samples for diagnostic testing, and very shortly after, Dr. Murphy came in and did an exam, asked additional thorough questions, then went to check the lab results. Diagnosis: hookworm. Dr. Murphy suggested homecare options, then Skylar came to give our girl a dewormer dose. The vet clinic visit was thorough and timely.
We adopted our little peanut from PETSinc because we believe in their mission. We also have chosen to use their vet care services (both the mobile vet and vet clinic) because these services also support their mission. Additionally, consistency is key for developing history, so there was no question -- if we were going to adopt from PETSinc, then we would also establish our pup's medical history through their services. Thank you, PETSinc team, for not only helping us find our new peanut, but for helping take care of her as well.

The vet care at Pets Inc is top notch and the prices are good. However their customer service is terrible. They overcharged me by $8.82 on my last visit when I took my cat Paprika there. When I called to inquire about this, they kept telling me the practice manager would look into it and get back to me. I made phone calls and emailed with no response and finally gave up due to the small amount of the error. Another time I took a sample of my dog's urine there and wanted to drop it off but I arrived there 10 minutes before they opened. I knocked on the door to see if they would do me a favor and take the sample. The lady that came to the door was rude and said she was busy trying to turn on their computers. Sorry I bothered you Karen!!

After being approved for adoption, we drove 2 hrs on a Saturday. Hours are until 6pm, as listed in Google and their email confirmation. Well they are not and there was no way to get ahold of anyone. Wasted our time, money and effort. Kids were sad too. Will not support this type of business in the future.

We bought our little cottontail kitten and he’s a great kitty with the best personality I ever seen on a cat. The folks at PetsInc took real good care of him when he got neutered. I was worried that it was going to take his spirit, but after a few days, Henry was back to his loving self. Highly recommend these folks for all your pet medical needs and have great deals on treats for dogs and cats.♥️

We have taken both our Shepherds and cats to PetsInc multiple times and for reasons ranging from yearly checkups to our dog being bit by a racoon(no rabies thankfully!!!) and needed stitches. Dr. Murphy and the rest of the crew have always been awesome! They are affordable and the staff genuinely cares about your pets!!

We have been utilizing PetsInc’s vet services for almost 2 years now and are so happy with our experience. Having two rescue pups, we made the decision to seek out veterinary care who has experience with dogs who can be more on the anxious side. Yesterday, one of our dogs had an allergic reaction to her annual vaccines and EJ, Emily, and Dr. Murphy responded to our unplanned return to the clinic promptly and made sure Millie got the care that she needed. We are so thankful for this team and the care they have taken to provide a positive experience for both of our furry family members. :)
