My laptop was running slow so I stopped by and spoke with David Newton, the owner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered the best solution. Within several hours, he had upgraded my laptop and it ran much more efficiently. Thanks, David, for helping me solve the issue in such a timely manner.

Amazing little shop, the owner is very knowledgeable, eager and willing to help. Has all of the little niche items that you can't really seem to find anywhere else other than online. My favorite go-to stop when I'm in the middle of building a PC and something is broken or I don't have something. This guy always saves the day.

I took my gaming pc to them after i attempted to put it together myself. I was unsuccessful. But they fixed all my mistakes and did the drivers and bios for me. I am impressed with their work and professionalism, and I will recommend them and go back

Sent my buddy to this shop with a computer showing issues with the power supply unit. Misdiagnosed as a motherboard failure, and he was sent home with a computer that still wouldn't make it past a blue screen post-game launch after a hardware replacement. Returned to the shop, and was told it was Discord and Steam causing the issue. Another set of driver updates and a HEFTY charge...sent home with a PC that still won't get past a blue screen on launch. Mind you, we had no issues with BSOD, only a boot issue initially.Charged for Driver Updates: $60!!!!!Charged $89 for a Steam Library Backup...despite it having been on the D drive the entire time and wasn't properly wiped.After parts and labor nearly $1500 in, and had nothing to show for it on Saturday after finally getting it back and being unable to use it.Took this PC to Cola Computers after a conversation with the owner and had the PC running in two days after discovering a compatibility issue with the motherboard and PCU. Brough Cola Computers the old Motherboard and CPU and had it running smooth as ever in 30 minutes. Seriously couldn't recommend Cola Computers enough.Sent my buddy back to Micro Advantage to let them know what the fix was, and that literally EVERY bit of the troubleshooting they performed and charged for did nothing but cause MORE issues to what should have been a simple power supply swap.

I took my computer In because it was having some issues. They diagnose the problem as the motherboard. I bought a new motherboard and cpu as a bundle from Amazon. This caused more issues once it was installed. I literally had to take the computer back to him several times and he never solved the issue. He charged me $700 and the computer was never fixed. this process was over two week. He never properly diagnosed the issue and kept charging me for things that he tried that didn't work. I took it to another shop and they determined the that the new cpu and motherboard were not compatible even through it was sold together. The new shop tested the original motherboard and found that it was not bad. Her installed the old motherboard and cpu back into the computer and solved all of my problem issues in less the 12 hour.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Micro Advantage in getting my laptop to charge again. The owner has also helped me replace a battery when I was having trouble doing it on my own. This is my go-to place for PC repair.
