The two young girls working were rude and know help. I upgraded phone and got home and forgot password new phone locked up and I took it back the next day. They told me none of the techs could help and I would have to buy another phone. This is unacceptable. If you work in a mobile store you should know how to correct problem or at least give me another phone. I never had any problem like this when the store in Lexington was open. They. would go out of their way to make sure everything was good. I would like to go back and get reimbursed or have a tech unlock it., This is only fair.DebManger could at least call me back.bie Shumpert

Unprofessional service, the employees treat you rudely, they don't know what they are talking about, and if they see your Hispanic face they despise you more, when they are also Hispanic! I definitely do not recommend this place, do not waste your time hispanic brother…??

MetroPCS slows data down to the point that you give up trying to do any thing! My phone has been hacked since day one and MetroPCS or Google will do nothing to help! I get all kinds of things popping up while I use the phone or internet! There is no customer service for either MetroPCS or Google! If you are lucky one person in the local store can help get your phone working but not with hacking!

I broke my phone they did an upgrade to the TCL 30 XE 5G it was quick service and very helpful and they answered all my many questions happily. Also my best experience at any phone store I've ever been to this was a good place. This is an update, so 4 days after I bought the phone I noticed when they put the screen protector on it was dirty and I wanted to see what they could do anyway I went there today and Jiovan take care of me right away and solve the problem thank you to her and the people at this Metro store I would definitely recommend this place rather than a couple of others that I've visited.

Just walked into store, looking at phones ready to purchase. The agent never once asked me how can I help you or do I have questions. I was the only customer in there looking at phones for at least 8 minutes. I just walked out.

The door says they open at 9:30am, so does Google. Get to the store at 9:45 and no one is there! Store is still closed! If you have an open time, be there to open!!!!

They need to fix their hours of operation on google..their google hours says that they open at 9am but they don't actually open till 9:30am...you can only figure that out after you waste your time to drive to their location and their real hours of operation is posted on the door...
