The experience was terrible we went to add two more lines and on our existing account and she told us the total and then she typed in a bunch of numbers and then wears a different total it was originally supposed to be $92 and some change and it came out to be like 179

In our opinion, we found a level of incompetence rarely achieved. It took months to sort out the boondoggle the staff there created. I'd give up cell service rather than deal with these guys again.

I don't have a single positive thing to say about this store—or about T-Mobile in general. I will stick with Verizon or AT&T: better service all around and a staff that I found far more knowledgeable.

I went into the store 2 weeks ago to sign up to get $30 off my monthly bill because I have CCancer . I called them today and the woman I spoke to hung up on me and then I called her back and asked her what I needed to bring with me to get the money off and asked for her name so I could ask for her and she refused to give me her name or her bosses name. I will never go there again and suggest people find another Metro to use.

Went to Metro on Augusta highway they were very rude they're supposed to close at 8:00 they close at 7:30 and pretty much push this out we had to really get these phones transferred over from boost. Well the one on 12th Street they went beyond the call of duty they were really awesome great customer service Cassie helps us out she was very very good and I give him five stars because that's all they give I give him 20 Stars

I lost my phone the other day and the salesman MJ went outta his way to make sure I kept my same number and got back into my cash app and Gmail. Loving my new Samsung Galaxy A12 along with the tablet that I got with it. Happy early Black Friday to me!!! Give MJ a raise he's the best damn salesman they got!!! Thx again bro!

Giving there was only one Representative on site, she was fast and knowledgeable of products and promotions. She wasn't feeling her best, yet she put the business first. I hope that she feels better and gets the proper rest for the remainder of her pregnancy. I appreciate her as I'm sure she's appreciative of me.

I was sold a phone for quadruple the listed in store price. The website advertises it as free if I switch over. A bunch of undocumented unverified and non advertised technicalities as to why the senior employee wanted to charge me more. Only good experience was that the new guy was helpful. Old smokers love the skinny guy for some reason lol.

The woman who upgraded my phone from an A10 to an A20 last month scammed me. She used my card and bought herself a J2 phone and didn't tell me. This is blatant theft and I've already reported them to corporate. Don't ever go here.
