LuFrans Tax Service has been doing our taxes for almost 20 years. They have always done an excellent job!! They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling an appointment and get they you in and out quickly. We always look forward to seeing them each year!

I used to advertise this company and then they made a $3,000 mistake! Do not go here! I had the daughter assist me with my 2014 taxes and she put what I made on my part time under a with holding tab causing me to receive $3,000 more than what I should've received back! I called and the owner of this business "felt bad" and offered to pay my penalties and fees not realizing that I just got this letter from the IRS and there isn't any penalties and fees! So now becaus of their mistake IRS has taken away everything I was getting back this year! I am a single mom and I trusted them with my documents! Now I have to pay back $3,000 that I don't have and they said they won't help with that because I already spent it! Well to my understanding when I filed with you and you told me what I was getting back I was under the impression that it was my money! Do not go to this company they will screw you up sideways and not care at all!
