This place is and all other liberty tax location in the West Columbia area are very unprofessional I had done my taxes with them and have had to go to the IRS myself because of their mistakes and they never return you call the appointment online are a waste of time I paid upfront for my services and will never ever use their services again and do NOT recommend to anyone

In this place there are 0 professionalism they do not accept when they make a mistake the man who is there practically put the paper in my face for a mistake that they made, I do not recommend this place at all. The man thought that I was going to keep quiet because I was Hispanic that he could humiliate us for being it.

Please be careful using these people. Make sure you review ur paper work prior to leaving their office. They took my state refund and part of my federal.

I have a small business in West Columbia. I was so lucky to come across Paul he's at the Augusta road location. He was extremely knowledgeable about S corp taxes, he also gave me great advice about business.
