In the parking lot and furious! On my day of purchase the quantities on j strip and starter strip was flipped and I ended up with more j strip than needed. The sales man Owen said they couldn't do a return that day and to come by the next week and they would take the return then. So today I'm trying to make return and amnesia has set in on Owen. Totally rude individual. I have used lancing in the past at other locations without issue but I will take my business elsewhere. I'd rate the place a zero!

Drivers big parking lot no gate. Door 8 for dry vans flat beds are along curb. Same as every Lansing Building DC their trucks loaded first and their customers. No drivers on dock. Also double check your freight in case you have another stop on your trailer. Your permitted on the dock but once you pull away check your stuff.

Worst place I ever worked management is beyond scam!!! Cj warehouse manger is a Uncle Tom and work everybody to death worst experience ever and the hiring anybody to drive!!!

The worsest place for delivery building materials. They do all their needs first. Even if they tell to you delivery time , you will wait more than an hour after that time before they will give you a door. Experienced in delivery this place for almost 10 years .11/17/21 The place is small and full packed with material. People pull staff from one place to another. Do extra work and always busy and tired. They need bigger place or better management. Only 1 working dock for delivery. Nothing changed for 10 years.

These guys only hire the best drivers that specialize in blocking roads and refusing to move for local traffic. 10/10 worst drivers available. Their trucks run the stop sign at the corner, and their trucks refuse to yield to oncoming traffic. 10/10 you should never do business with a company that can't keep their own people under control

There's a reason why they only have 3.8 rating. It will continue to drop. I worked here. Warehouse supervisor CJ has NO customer service skills. He talks bad about the customers after they leave. He mistreats the employees. Makes customers wait. Let it be known, they offered me $19/hr to start. Look at the attached photo. They start at $22 for CDL with experience. Which I had. I knew something wasn't right. My gut feeling was on point this time. Someone from Lansing Corporate should have Internal Affairs and pay them a visit. Read the reviews. We ALL aren't making this up. ??????

Worse place to delivery, you'll be sitting here at least 3 hours doesn't matter if you're the only one, they don't even deserve one star.
