Fell in love with the 2016 Kia Optima...test drove the car and wanted to purchase but I was more than 50 miles outside of Columbia ? but after reading some of the reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet. God makes no mistakes. Feeling much better now? and since I can't respond to your response, now I see how racist you are!!!

I decided to go here to purchase my second car because I did not have a problem with my first purchase from here actually it was pretty great. I came into the office I spoke with Mr Jennings I told him what I was looking for I needed something reliable to take my mom back and forth to chemo. he suggested this vehicle that is not the vehicle I wanted but I took his word on it because I had such a good experience the first time. got the vehicle the first week it started having problems I took it to the shop they were supposed to fix it I got it back another problem took it to the shop it was supposed to be fixed again they gave me a loaner car. I've only had this car 3 months and it is acting up again although there is a year warranty on this vehicle I have to take my vehicle to bluff Road to the new repair shop I live in ballantyne. and leave it there I do not even have a ride home and they will not offer me a loaner car again they won't let me trade the car in. or anything very very very disappointed
