BEWARE OF HOME DECOR OUTLETS -This has been happening in their stores across the country, but my experience was at the location in West Columbia. The entire company has filed bankruptcy and failed to notify customers. They are actively collecting money and when customers come to pick up their furniture, the manager informs you that the items are out of stock and you cannot get a refund. It is a scam

These people lied about their warranty system.. They don't let you know that the warranty is an outside provider and that it takes 30 days to get "approved"! The store manager there is very rude! Didn't catch his name but he is a black man and very rude! I will never spend my money there again.. Now I have a broken bed that will never be replaced!!

I am not very pleased with the service. I purchased a bedroom set. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I am in week 11 no merchandise. I have gone to the store and talked to a couple of sales associates. When I talked about cancelling my purchase I was told I would be charged a fee. This is not the way to conduct business.
