I had an amazing experience and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for your European car needs! They were so friendly and helpful! This is not just another car repair place. I have a 2014 VW Beetle TDI and finding reliable repair establishment has been a struggle...but I was taken care of from my first call to them! They were personable and took the time to ensure that my repair was done quickly and correctly and that I was satisfied with the service. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is hard to find BUT IT EXISTS at German Autowerks! Thank you for going above and beyond!
