Too many surprises!!! Wouldn’t accept my credit card, luckily husband was there to use his BUT they made me add him as a driver even though he wasn’t going to be with me. But then charged me an extra $100+ for “additional driver”. After voicing my concern about the charges, representative was rude stating “I just did you a favor I could have made you cancel your entire reservation!” If I wasn’t in a pinch I would have allowed that because I will never use Thrifty/Hertz again. Never had issues with other companies!

We had a super late flight, almost midnight, but there was still someone there to help us with a smile on their face and we were in the car within 10 minutes!!

Somebody need to personally check gas level before telling customer they are getting a vehicle with a full tank of gas and it's only 3/4 full

I received my car a Dodge, and there was a half tank of gas, and they asked me to fill it up. lol! The vehicle had not been cleaned, it had not been washed. it smells musty. I am just disappointed. I have never had a problem with thrifty.

Very easy pick up. Should be more clear on where to park when dropping off. Maybe just me but it was confusing. Very reasonable price.

The in-processing process was excellent. Very nice, friendly and professional service. Same thing upon return. The vehicle was nice and clean but after the first day I drove it, I began to smell a hint of marijuana. I thought it smelled a little funny when I first got in the car, but someone put a car freshener in it and was quite strong. The second day, I began to smell it. I called and emailed the company but no one responded. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience.

I had a car confirmed for today. Had paid the insurance on it yesterday. I tried calling all morning before heading over and nobody would answer and you were unable to leave a message. I arrive and there is nobody at the counter. I was told to check the Hertz window on the other side. I did and I guess they own Thrifty. I was told there was no car available even though it had been confirmed. I did not feel they even cared, it was more like I was inconveniencing them. She told me she would just cancel the reservation as there were no cars at all available. Now I am out two uber trips to get to them and the trip back home, the insurance, and the airbnb money for my destination I was supposed to drive to.

Nice people, but a weird return policy. Nobody to greet you and check car for damage and gas.
