There was no air-conditioning, the store smelled like something died in it and the cashier was outside hanging out instead of being in the store. I could have just walked out with stuff but I'm too honest.

I was there doing a delivery order using companies card. But I was holding my phone in my hand and for some reason. My Google Pay was scanned by mistake. I informed the employee. What happened? She refused to cancel the order. So I paid for the customers items with no. Refund? Some people do not need to have customer service jobs when they act like. They have an attitude all the time, not friendly at all. Treat customer like we are a Burden to them.

I agree with a lot of these people about speaking to the customer. The only thing the cashier said was the total of the purchase. And she acted like it was a chore to come out of the back to the register to ring me up. What happened to work ethic and southern hospitality?

I purchased some Chocolate Candies that was suppose to be on sale 5 for $5 Dollars. Even had me to go back because he said that Snickers wasn’t with that deal. So, I went to pick up another Chocolate Candy Bar even not even looking out for me. As I was walking with a Cane for assistance when walking! Then, I found out that I Paid Regular Price for My 5 Chocolate Candy Bars for $5 Dollars. But, I paid Regular Prices for My Chocolate Candy Bars were Sold for Regular Price for them. Leaving me to Paying $1.25 Cents and I Lost $1.25 Cents that I I Overpaid!

It would be nice if employees learned how to speak to customers instead of ignoring them. Management needs to let employees know this is their job and they are not untitled to roll their eyes and refuse to speak because they don’t want to be there. This happens every time I shop in this store.

Went there today to purchase towels and some sandwich meat. Cameron rang up my stuff and then said 3 bags were mine, I grabbed the 3 bags and then get home to realize she didn't give me my sandwich meat. Just the towels. Tried to call the store and it's busy, for over an hour. Guess the manager has a lot to talk about

If I could give less stars i would give negative 5- very rude to customers. This thing behind the counter was literally trying to make a joke about me & it backfired in her fugly face. She/ he got the right one today. Very GHETTO.

If dollar general closes at 9:000 why are the closing the store at 8:48 now I know Walmart down the road but there’s no need for me to go there an the dollar store by my house I need pampers for my child they need to stop letting these young kids run a store at night

If you skate next door after hours don’t park here ?.I’ve been a customer at this store for over a year, occasionally I shopped here and eventually I got permission to park in the far corner close to the rink close to my male friends cars and I’d just shop and go directly to the skating rink located next door.Today I was running late because not only do I currently have just the worst luck? I had to fight raccoons tonight to even get to my car?, by the time I got to dollar general it was closed, so I didnt get tissue and I just didn’t repark.my apologies because I was unaware of the new management. Clearly I’ve missed something the past two months since I was away due to two family deaths ? and my car was towed at 10:44pm… and the rink closes at 11?I just happened to walk out at 10:50 to see my phone charger and everything I needed to fight the raccoons inside of my vehicle ?GONE !Not only was I not given a clear warning, I found the new sign inside the middle of a bush after the fact. I now have to spend $250 possibly more because now its labor day… you’ve indefinitely lost a customer … As if I’m not already going through a lot, I have to pay to get my beat up, LOUD, STRUGGLING TO HOLD ON car that clearly would be fixed if I have money to just give away ! Now I have to borrow money just to get my car back, just to be able to get to work. What a day ? … and you guys couldn’t even bother to post an appropriate sign or give any type of warning.In a bush? That smells like somebody is benefiting off me from this while I just sit back and can’t do anything. Thanks dollar general you’re the best? I hope y’all finally fixed y’all bathroom since y’all focused so hard on my ugly focus!
