If I could give zero stars I would. These pharmacy employees are rude and incompetent. Tried for over a week to get a prescription refilled. Never happened. Then was told to “call around and find it somewhere else” I guess the business doesn’t matter to CVS. There are many other options in the area. I shall take my business somewhere that cares.

Why let cars sit in the drive thru when their orders aren’t complete? Have them pull around or come in so that people who are ready to pick up a can get it done. The drive thru should take no more than 5ish minutes per person.

I was scheduled for a covid test at 10:30 a.m. at this location. I had the confirmation number and everything ready to go. When I arrived there, I was told that they couldn't do the test because of some kind of processing problem. They said I could get it done at the minute clinic at another location. I asked if I should use the same confirmation number. They didn't know that either. This caused me a lot of inconvenience if they can't do the test it should be noted on the website or on the scheduling app.

Poor service when the pharmacist (male accent) hangs up on you.

Extremely slow in the pharmacy, definitely not staffed well enough. I've been trying get all my medications transferred for a month now even Walgreens has tried 3 separate times and they don't respond back. Worst pharmacy in Lexington.

Worst pharmacy in the midlands!! Wal-mart across the street is 10times faster and efficient. Pathetic always an issue when visiting here!

CVS pharmacy on an Emmanuel Church Road is one of the worst I've ever used. I too would give zero stars if I could! Anytime you try to check on some thing with the pharmacy you have at least a 15 minute or a longer wait on hold to speak to a pharmacist. I have my refill for my heart medication due under auto refill, to be refilled 8/31/2023, but today it's November 2 and my medication is still not ready for pick up. This is typical of Emmanuel Church Road CVS. You can sit in the drive-through line up to 30 minutes with only one or two cars in front of you to pick up your prescription (after paying on line even) because the chubby black girl at the window spends most of her time chatting to fellow employees, you can hear her laughing and conversing through the window as I sit in my car. I had only one car in front of me, I had paid for my prescription online, and still ended up waiting almost 20 minutes in line because this gal doesn't move and get things done. She is too busy socializing with anyone there is to talk to . DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU ENJOY WAITING. The pharmacist is always behind, & we all know they can't possibly have so many prescriptions that it takes days & days to catch up!

Don’t try to call or get them to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy when they don’t have them. They leave you on hold for 30 minutes and don’t answer. I have called 5 times today and waited and then never transferred my prescription to wallgreens like they said they would and I really need the prescription.

Frustrating experience getting Paxlovid. They make you fill out an online form for a pharmacist RX, but don't tell you no matter what you put in, the pharmacist won't prescribe Paxlovid if you are 45 or older, even with no severe health conditions and regular doctor visits with labs stating you have no issues that Paxlovid may be a problem for. They just knowingly waste your time!
