Called regarding a prescription and got an automated message saying they were too busy and all other lines were busy. I didn't even have an option to leave a voice mail. Completely unacceptable for healthcare providers to not let patients get in touch with pharmacy staff. CVS is the epitome of how NOT to run a pharmacy!

Calling the pharmacy is ridiculous the hold time is extreme then the 'accidental hangup once someone answers " they need people dedicated to phone, drive thru, front counter and yes the store prices are out of control ppl can't afford a toothbrush and toothpaste at the same time... Price gauge due to people are able to use HSA and senior med advantage benefits is absurd and unethical

I had to get emergency medicine for my dog. I chose CVS using goodRx was the cheapest, Stacy in pharmacy, said she'd check what CVS could do for me. Thanks to Stacy my Pup's medicine was down to $5.95. Stacy is a keeper.

Went to pick up a prescription Saturday October 14th at the drive-thru, it took ten minutes for one pre-paid prescription to be found and given to me. These people are here for a check not to actually work. Will be moving my prescriptions somewhere else where they give a darn about their longtime customers.

Scheduled a vaccine, showed up 15 minutes early only to be told they we out and I need to reschedule. 5 minutes later I got a text message saying my appt was canceled. Why couldn't they text me earlier? What a waste of time.

I do not know what has happened lately in this particular pharmacy but they can not even do a simple prescription in a timely fashion. 6 days on one (issue with the script, but they failed ti even notify me when it was first looked at to be filled. Called back when I failed to receive a text telling me to pick it up. It took me physically going Dentists office and getting them to reissue an electronic prescription because the other Dentist had failed to put his # on itit.

Your phone service sucks! The whole world does not want to frick around on an app to check on a prescription! Wake up! Put a real person on the phone! Your automated service blocks the very people that keep your doors open. I have been listening to that sh— for 30 minutes- still waiting- We need a new pharmacy in town so you will have to fight for customers so you will respect them instead of taking advantage!Finally after 45 minutes- spoke to pharmacist- less than 60 seconds-answered question- ridiculous
