I bought my Babylock Unity embroidery/sewing machine about some 9 years ago and recently added a second portable sewing machine for quilting, a Brother. The guidance of the pro and cons of each machine, it capabilities and limitations, features I may want to consider, alternative models was explained and demonstrated patiently and with no hard sales pitch. In the end I feel i was well counseled and made the right choice for my specific needs and price range. Both machines work very well. Servicing has been quick and because I purchased the machines there, minor problems were often not charged. The price was very competitive if not better than some online stores. Buy local. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my Kenmore sewing machines here to be serviced for several years. The staff is always so polite, courteous and knowledgeable! I'm always satisfied with the work done to my machines and service has always been completed in a timely manner.

Extremely helpful. Susan went out of her way to assist us. My granddaughter & I were amazed by the captivating creations all around the store, sewing, smocking, embroidery, appliques & quilting. And they offer classes!

My sewing machine was bought here and has been serviced here for years. Because of Covid had been a couple of years when I took it in for service this time. It came back in worst shape than when I took it in. Huge tangled mass every time I tried to sew . Took it back , there was another lady walked in right in front of me. She was bring her machine back for the third time. They separated us very quickly. I had requested to talk to repair man but wife took me into a room and looked it over herself. Large rats nest for her also, then she used a heavier thread and got it to sew. She then told me it was my fault because I had embroidery thread on it and that I needed to just use reg. sewing thread. PEOPLE THIS IS A EMBROIDERY MACHINE !! So I just brought it back home and am looking for some where else to go. I don't know what changed, but please beware. I just spent alot of money for nothing .

Lovely, helpful staff. The people who work there are so sweet and patiently answered all my questions. They helped me find the specific thread I was looking for, and were having an amazing sale on their embroidery patterns. On the 2nd Mondays and last Thursdays of every month they have a fabric sale.

Highly disappointed! I have purchased a few of my embroidery items for my business and never had an issue! Unfortunately today wasn’t the case. I was quoted 1499.99 for a hat frame and I was ok with that however, when my grandmother went to pick it up she asked what was the full total. She said I know it’s 1,000 something the sales associate saids yes 1,099.99. My grandmother then saids to me what did she tell you the price was. I said 1499.99 then the sales associate then saids ok well it’s 1499.99. What!? So your telling me the sales associate gives the right price to my grandmother and then I was given a totally different number, so she gives us the other price of 1499.99 because she heard me say it. So basically everyone is quoted a different price based upon what? Humm… won’t get a dime of my money again! Smh truly disappointed! She lost over 1,000 today as well as customers and anyone else I can let know I absolutely will! Bad business

I went there for the first time today after buying a vintage Japanese sewing machine at a thrift store. I am very mechanically inclined and usually service my wife's sewing machine and several other vintage machines I've picked up over the years. I was greeted well enough and brought in the machine to see if they could provide me with the missing bobbin case and a new motor belt. I asked to talk to the repairman because I had three questions to ask about the machine and to tell him that my class 15 bobbin case from another machine fit and worked well. The ladies told me that they usually don't let people back there because they take up too much of the repairman's time. I said I'd be brief and walked to the open doorway as he looked for my parts. I asked him the three questions and he wouldn't even talk to me. He did find the correct parts very quickly and the price was reasonable, but I left the store feeling uncomfortable about the place. I asked the lady, as I paid, about locating some attachments for the machine and she told me that they didn't do that there.

I am from Michigan and they were able to get me to the front door when my GPS decided I was there when I was no where near being there . Acquired some great fabrics and the names of many more quilting places , visited 5 more quilting shops and had a fantastic day in therapy. Thank you ladies -
