Update. I contact Budget via email and within a day received a reply indicating that they would process a partial refund to my credit card. That is great service. The refund, however, was still about $20 less than it should have been. I emailed them back and will update this review when I hear more.----------------------------Be aware that this location will cheat you. They took full advantage of my physically disabled wife and cheated us out of almost $100.They did not honor the prepaid rental that I had booked which clearly stated that they rental was for two days and one hour.They did not honor the fact that the prepaid rental CLEARLY stated "Inclusive of all taxes and fees."When I called their administrative offices I was responded to in a very disrespectful way. Rather than being helpful they denied that they had over charged me at all. They refused to listen to my explanation and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what the original agreement stated.I do not take kindly to being blatantly cheated, much less so when they take advantage of my wife's disability and when they respond rudely to my questions. I will never rent from them again.

I have rented 4 times from this location in total. 3 out of 4 times the staff was rude and only one time the staff was really nice (I even got an upgrade that time). I can’t complain about the cars, they seemed to be well maintained and clean. However, 2 out of 4 times I was overcharged which I didn’t immoderately noticed. The staff was very rude when I pointed it out and the manager was dismissive and didn’t care about it at all (even though I had documents showing the rate I should actually pay which was 250$ less). I only got my money back because I talked to my bank that issued my credit card (one case is still pending unfortunately) and it took over 3 months.

dont get a expensive car just go to u hall and get a little truck or van for $20 a day plus 41cent a mile and that is much cheaper

Did you know Budget & Avis are one of the same?? If that's the case how is it Avis had a car to rent & Budget did not?? Why are Budget/ Avis policies different in other states.. Your policy should be the same across USA. In place to provide & promote Good Customer Service. To retain customers not run them away.. I will NEVER return to Budget or Avis again. It's all about the customers.

Renting the truck from my local location was great. The guy on Blossom in Columbia SC was very helpful. However, my drop off was TERRIBLE. I called the drop off location (Tucker, GA) twice, no one answered the phone. I get there to drop the truck off early, and the place is closed. I called Customer Service and was advised to "leave the truck in a safe place." Thank God for a nice gas station attendant, who was gracious enough to allow me to leave the truck there. I had to look around the building to find a place to leave the key. Finally finding a drop box, I dropped the keys and the paperwork in the box. I called the next morning to make sure everything was well. The gentleman that answered the phone was RUDE and VERY SHORT on the phone. He interrupted me after I introduced myself, told me he had checked the car in, everything was fine and that they did not have a drop box. The said to remember that for the next time... THERE WILL NOT BE a NEXT TIME! I did not appreciate the nonchalant way customer service blew me off. Nor did I appreciate the attitude of the gentlemen who finally answered the phone. I just had one question, if that was not your drop box, how were you able to reply to the note I left on the paperwork turned into you?

Went to this location for an exchange for another vehicle because they gave me a car with a bad tire and no spare. The staff was nice but the car wasn't cleaned and had to wait 30 more minutes after delayed my trip of 3 hours because of the tow and location was an hour each way from the interstate I needed to travel on. ?

Beware of Google GPS. It is actually in baggage claim at the airport. Got an economy car. Good way to decide what not to buy
