Went into the store today to possibly change our service from Verizon. The woman working the store didn’t seem interested in helping us at all, but that could be because she was too busy babysitting two kids behind the desk.I mistook a daycare center for a retail store.

Beware!!! This company is horrible. Don’t use them. My wife and I got her a phone last December at boost mobile. They told us the $25 plan was unavailable to wait a few months. We needed to be existing customers first. We waited and tried to change the plan. Each store we go to says they can’t do it to call customer service. Customer service says to go to the store. We are students and can’t go to the store day after day. We have spent hours literally waiting for customer service to pick up the phone. Don’t use this company!! They make it so difficult to do anything. This company is terrible and should be shut down. Cancel your plan and go to another company.

Phone has been down all day long. No text/calls/ anything.... can't access my bank because it's set up through my mobile number and can't request the pin because of no service. I can understand an hour or two but all day it's unacceptable!!! Pay to much money every month to just have a down service all day and supposed to just deal with it. At least that's what this store and the store in Cayce has stated. Customer service number is down and not working so your basically screwed with boost of it goes down. Been a customer for almost 20 years and this is just horrible customer service!!! Hope there going to cover a months bill for the headache all of this has caused me today not to mention the money wasted in gas ugh!!!

The woman was very nice and helpful but in the end she was able to solve my problem. The luck in the gut for boost mobile is that i went to Best Buy and talked to Ed(world class)and he hooked me up in like ten mins like a boss. Her suggestion would've cost me atleast $50 more dollars and Eds solution cost a whopping $10.69. Booyah

I got the best service the girl was super nice we ended up being there after business hours to get our phones set up, she was extremely patient & knowledgeable, I'm glad I went there for my phone.

Horrible customer service. Also giving out wrong IMEI numbers for the phones make and model. I'm reporting them as we speak. If you bought a phone from them check your IMEI NUMBER and see what comes up. I have a moto g fast but it comes up as a zn4 krave which is a flip phone. Shady stuff going on here. And i had to return 2 phones from here because of the phones not letting me run them in safe mode. Do not buy from here.

Woman in store was VERY unprofessional! Eating greasy chicken at the front desk, and touching people's phones. Not very knowledgeable about anything! Arguing with my husband after he asked about an ad posted on the wall, told us we were not understanding the procedure. The ad was very clear. We opted to leave and go to another store and we got the. Special advertisement with no questions asked! Won't go back there as long as she's in that office!
