I think I spent close to 1400, I think it was the cheapest one, on a mattress from there. It's the worst mattress I've ever had and they took my old one. I got it so I could stop using a memory foam topper I'm allergic to like a year and a half ago. I still have to use the topper to sleep on the mattress but it really messes up my sinuses so I sleep on a 5' couch when my back can stand it, I'm going to buy a new one and throw this one away

I wish we had started here, but I’m glad we ended up here. The selection and purchasing process couldn’t have been easier! Although we’re only a few nights in, the bed has been amazing and the fact they they Will come and pick it up to make adjustments so that we are 100% happy with it, and can do that and just one day, is pretty amazing.

Friendly service, mattress comes exactly like it was promised. A little wait and pricey because those are made for order but definitely worth it . Best Mattress that I have found. Good sleep is priceless! And it's always nice to support local companies. .

Special thanks to Logan for expediting our delivery all on his own. He told us to expect Wednesday and got it to us Monday. We had been out of our bedroom for 2 weeks so it was great to actually sleep there last night! The delivery team was prompt, efficient and polite. We definitely would recommend Best Mattress!

Really great experience! We told the sales person, Sam, what we were thinking about and our budget and got to “tour” the shop. There’s a lot of opportunities to adjust the softness to your liking and if you have a problem you’ll get to talk to a real live person locally.
We were told it would be about 2 weeks but had delivery on day 8!

Best Mattress was excellent to work with. We were shopping for a spare room and wanted something good for our guests. The sales representative was very helpful and we were in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. Within two weeks we had the mattress which was crafted here in Columbia at our door. The quality of not just the product but the service as well were top notch.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable! They are a local owned business and the mattresses are made right here in town! We recently bought this mattress and so far, I love it! We have bought more mattresses than one person should but we have not been able to get a good night's rest... until this mattress from Best Mattress! I have slept like a baby since it was delivered. If you are in the market for a mattress, go see Best Mattress! I highly recommend them! I will be buying all of our mattresses from them in the future.

I have bought Best Mattresses for 30 years and have never had one that wasn't an extremely comfortable one. The last one I bought was an odd size that was custom made. Best goes out of their way to insure that you get good nights of sleep.

My wife had experienced a medical emergency and required a wheelchair. Our current bed was too high to transfer to so I went looking for a custom low profile mattress. After discussing the situation with the salesperson he introduced me to the owner. The owner had an idea but wanted to verify that they would work. As such he followed me home, made some measurements and calls and he came up with a solution using standard components. Less than 24 hours later we had a bed installed that met our requirements. Bravo to all at Best Mattress who made this happen!

Hi! I was.greeted promptly by Suzanne @ the devine st showroom! She was very helpful & knowledgeable! The mattress I purchased with box springs/ foundation was selected for my unique personal needs! I finally was able to rest with comfort! Also purchased two nice pillows! Everything about my experience with Best Mattress was positive! They make their mattresses @ the west columbia store! 5 stars!!
