The gentleman I initially spoke with about the battery, was standing at the front counter, waiting for me. Not only was he VERY polite and professional, he helped me stay within my budget, AND he remembered my name. Just the fact that he seemed happy to had waited on me, was enough alone for me to be a repeat customer, as well as send family and friends there. AMAZING customer service. ???️”

“Robert was absolutely amazing and helpful! I had gone to a competitor (closer to my home) to get my battery/alternator tested, as my van had trouble starting. The competitor wouldn't assist me because it was raining, so I drove to this location. Robert had no problem with going in the rain to test everything. He checked my battery, alternator, starter and check engine light, as the rain started coming down harder and harder. He then helped me select the correct battery, that needed replacing. He also took it out to my van for me in the pouring rain. As I as driving down the road, I realized I had told him the wrong year on my van. I called and spoke with him, turns out I needed a different battery. By the time I got back to the store, he had done the exchange and had the new battery ready to go. He once again, came out in the pouring rain to place the battery into my van. I can not express how thankful I am. This was a Sunday, I had my kids, my husband was out working and I was distressed knowing what was going on. Robert also thank me for the business and me know he would be there until 6 that day if I needed any other assistance. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be back in the future for anything that is needed with my vehicle. Thank you Robert!!”

“Wonderful! My rear brake light broke down, which is just a regular bulp, but not just any bulp. Moreover, I'm not into cars and mechanics. Taking it to its dealership was actually a hassle... even a possible risk, but I just stopped by this store when driving and fixed it right then.
They got a proper bulp and did the job of replacing it, I also got to see how to do it. The total bill was just 8 bucks.
It only took like 15 minutes as there wasn't much business when I went in regular business hours. Other than that, you may have to wait longer.”

“This morning driving from NC to SC a deer ran out on 26 and hit the front right side of our car. I was able to get off the interstate and to your O'Reilly's store. Manager Guy came out to assess the damage then fixed the underneath to keep it from dragging on the road and get us back on our way. Guy helped make a bad situation better with his kindness, knowledge and assistance! I highly recommend this business!”
