Every time one come here they have weird security question as I have been coming here and have my driving license as an id and tgey shoukd take my deposit still they asked question after question and I told them you got id and let’s work on it instead they asked all the biodate as I am new here also idea of one teller and other waiting is a weird one no other bank has this hideous system and delay the process and All drove through areNot operating weird and attitude Bank I will not recommend anyone for this bank behavior is arrogant and staff are the same just a bank not Fort Knox ???

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would .On Friday, February 16, 2024. I went into this branch to deposit money into someone’s account. Little did I know making that small transaction I was going to be looked at funny and stereotyped. Or even feel like less of a person. When I approached the branch manager Phillip the look on his face was like why are you depositing money into this person account. Mind you all I said to him was “I was told to ask for you if I needed further assistance.” I guess he did not like when I said that. He then went to his teller and makes the statement “she is depositing money into such and such account.” With a very nasty attitude. Once I gave the account number he then proceeds to walk out and never came back to help us. I guess he was trying to see what the other person had in their account . Once I got the transaction handled I left and thought everything was done . After that I get back to work the HR manager Sanchez called me questioning me about my relationship with the person who account I deposited the money into. I proceeded to ask him I thought you were calling about my experience with your branch manager Phillip and he ignored that statement and went on the tell me about the transaction I did. At this point I don’t think I want to bank with BOA if this is how they treat their customers.

Your lobby setup is weird. Very weird. Feels like Verizon. Why do I need to wait to go behind a wall and sit while you cash my check? Why did it need to change from what was working. And why when there are 3 people seemingly doing nothing at 2pm am I waiting 15-20 mins to cash a check? I’m glad I don’t bank with you guys. Ur weird bud.

Always, the ATM is down, especially the one on the write side. Bank of America online banking or the mobile app will not show your check if you deposit the checks by online banking, the mobile app, or by tablet at a Bank of America branch.

Looking forward to changing to Welsfargo or anything else related. Not sure why BoA is still in business. Online service never works appropriately, on site people bank is even less helpful. Only reason I keep account at this point is because I have credit cards attached to account.

Not sure how this branch has 2 stars but Juan the financial manager assisted both my mom and myself yesterday. He was absolutely friendly and very helpful! The customer service he provided was excellent and we need more of that these days.

There is only 1 teller so it is a bit of a wait if you don't need a check cashed or to make a deposit. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. Only one teller counter inside, but 5 managers to start accounts...and a host?!?!?! 5 drive thru lanes, and they're never open! Everytime I have to come here, they have to refuse people at the door bc there's no room and the line is that long!!!! I am not sure why ANYONE would put one teller in a bank....not even in the middle of nowhere! This is a tragedy, can coporate please change this Idiocracy if they see this comment?!?!?! You're losing ALOT of business!

I work for Bank of America through Teleperformance. If I must say I love what I do and I enjoy assisting the customers. However for the starting rate of pay it could be alot better. I'm not sure why it's so low but the turnover rate is high. For one the Department isn't big enough. They don't hire quality candidates. The supervisors make the environment more stressful. Some of the supervisors I highly question why they are in their position especially Sheree.. Very very unprofessional.. This location needs better. I generally have great calls but no incentive. It's sad that bank of America doesn't care for me how I care for their customers.

If your not a customer you have to have manager approve your check to be cashed. Even tho the check is written by there customer!

Absolutely horrible service. Waiting in line to cash an insurance check that's drawn off of this bank. 3 people ahead of me and still took 20 min till my turn. The teller looked at the check and did not even look and see if it's a positive pay account and said I need to wait for someone to call and verify the check so she did nothing.
