This was the worst experience I've ever had with automotive experts. I had my car towed early Monday morning to the mechanic shop. The shop called me to let me know the car is here. I explained about my car wasn't getting enough power. I asked them can they do a diagnostic test on my car. They said yes, they will do the test. Thet given me a called and spoke "my alternator when bad and my reverse shift not going in gear." On the phone and said it could be the transmission. They explained that they were going to put a brand-new alternator, so my car has more voltage so my reverse gear can shift. They gave a price of $529 for everything. I got my car back and paid for it and Johnthan Bryant was the one handled my car services. When I went into my car, I notice my steering wheel cover was off my steering wheel. Also, I went home and notice my lights on the car was flickering. The next day I drove my car back to the shop. I talked to Johnatan Bryant and let him know my car lights is flickering. Johnathan played with my intelligence, and he talked to me like I was ignorant. I was telling him about my issues with my car. He stated," i don't know what it could be, and we just replace the alternator." For a mechanic to say all these things I don't what he could have done to my car. The way how he treated me and talk to me. I asked him about the diagnostic test he keep stating he doesn't know. After I paid my services. My car had to stay another day. They let me know they going to order a brand-new alternator. I thought they already they told me the first time they ordered a brand-new alternator part, but the part was used not brand-new. They put in the used alternator with bad wiring. Johathan Bryant is unprofessional he was not some help, he impatient, and doesn't care about his customer. When i pick my car up today i asked Johnathan need have another receipt for the new alternator. Johnathan still ignored me and letting me know about the new part they installed. He still couldn't show proof of it. Wayne the owner let his employees do whatever they want and that's bad business. I will not take my services there again it was disgusting.

MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER WERE IN THE VEHICLE LAST FRIDAY AND TRAFFIC WAS TERRIBLE, SHE HAD A FLAT TIRE, THEY SENT SOMEONE TO PUT AIR IN HER TIRE, GOT IT BACK TO THE SHOP AND REPAIRED IT ASAP, I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AMAZING SERVICE FROM AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP IN MY LIFE, I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE, THEY SHOULD RECEIVE MORE THAN FIVE STARS, THE SERVICE IS THE BEST IN THE COLUMBIA AREA// JONATHAN, WAYNE, TAYLOR AND DILLAN ARE EXCEPTIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!

For 15 years, I have been a dedicated customer of this business, starting with my first car purchase. Wayne provided outstanding support and financial accommodation during my teenage years. Now, I solely rely on him for my automotive needs. The mechanics exhibit a genuine dedication to their work and are always available to address questions. Jonathan, Taylor, and Dylan demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This shop creates a familial atmosphere, prioritizing timely completion and competitive pricing. I recently encountered a customer at Walmart's auto care center in need of a tire, which they were unable to provide. I directed her to Automotive Experts, met her there, and assured her of their expertise. Despite the late hour, they warmly welcomed her. Upon arrival, one is always greeted with a welcoming smile and a willingness to assist. Despite the shop's high volume, each customer receives equal attention. I shall continue to entrust all my business to this establishment, grateful for the trustworthy mechanics, owner, and front office staff.

Our suburban transmission decided to fail on our way to vacation in the mountains, fully loaded for 7 days away. Luckily it broke down by the I-26 exit to Automotive Experts. After a quick check they told us the situation, it wasn't good, they were backed up and couldn't get it done before Monday, this was a Thursday afternoon. They were very friendly, and while not what we wanted to hear, he felt like they were honest and up front with us. We made arrangements with a friend to help us unload what we could and continue on to vacation. The next morning (Friday) we get a call saying it was ready! We couldn't believe it, we came back to Columbia, dropped off our friends car, and went to the mechanics shop. Jonathan and Dillon said after we left everyone felt so bad, that the transmission mechanic (wish I knew his name so I could thank him) came in early and worked on our car before hours ... now that is service! My friend couldn't believe it either and said he's telling everyone to come here, and we are too. Thank you so much to Jonathan, Dillon, and the whole Automotive Experts team for helping our family, you are the best!

Jon Bryant and the folks at Automotive Experts stayed late to make sure my vehicle was completed the same day. There are a lot of other places to go but you will be hard pressed to find a more dedicated group!

I was dealing with AE exclusively and referring them to family and friends. However, after my last experience, I will be recommending to them not to come to AE. I don't believe I was treated honestly and was not given a transparent feedback on my issues or the corresponding charges.
Unfortunately, I will now be looking for a new mechanic.

These folks are a great group, they put a new motor in my vehicle and test drove it for a couple of days to make sure it was fixed and didn't have any issues. Thanks guys and I will be recommending anyone that I come across with automotive issues
