What a fantastic experience!
Chris, Tom and the team all truly care about people and are there to assist in anyway they can.
Starting with a phone call from me about a month ago regarding specific scooters, Chris helped me with all my questions, provided me with all information I needed, and responded every time I reached out.
Today I picked up my new Baja Bandit at the store and I could not be happier.
Everything I was promised was 100% what I got. Although the store was busy, Chris took the time to ensure everything was perfect for me. It was well worth the 2 hour drive and I will return with all future needs! You too will be pleased with the people here, the nice facility and product variety, availability, and pricing.

In wanting to enjoy life I decided to forget vanity and just get a scooter. After a ton of research I contacted Chris and his team. Every possible question I lobbed, they answered. (and they are still there when I call with questions or issues). So determined I invested in a Golden TSA Carry On which I can load into my car myself. I now have flown, with many less issues then expected. I scootered around in Canada on their less then ADA streets. Had a blast scootering from the USA Niagara Falls to the Canadian. Instead of being shunned in groups of friends have embraced the idea and tease about late night scooter races next time we meet up. In a power outage I have even used my battery to charge my phone!
It has opened a door to enjoying life more.

We haven't even received our order yet and I have to give 5 stars already for customer service. We placed an order for a scooter for our mom last night and we received a call this morning verifying our options to make sure we are getting exactly what we need. They also let us know when to expect shipping and tracking info (today!!!). I'm already thrilled we chose them and if Mom needs anything else, we will definitely order from them again.

Wow, what a nice company, my lift chair was an easy choice with their video, description, and online process. It also arrived about a week early. I definitely would deal with them again.

Chris gave my friend and I the best demonstration of my new scooter. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
He spent a lot of time explaining the different scooters and which one would be best for me, which was so helpful.

This company used my credit card to pay for another customer's medical equipment. When I confronted an employee about the charge, he did very little to research the problem and just told me my credit card had been hacked. I then had to cancel my credit card and dispute the unauthorized charge. Unbelievably, Affordable Medical denied my disputed charge and thus the credit card company placed the unauthorized charge back on my card. I then confronted the owner and he was finally able to figure out that his company made the mistake and my card was not hacked. The owner never corrected the transaction with the bank. After almost 3 months of trying to get this resolved, the company reimbursed me for the transaction and paid me a whopping $19.75 for the many hours of my time I wasted trying to get this unauthorized charge off my credit card.

Called and spoke with a very nice receptionist. She answered all my questions and was helpful. I asked for a specific color chair as I was keeping it for a minimum of one month in my den. She checked the inventory and said that the beige color that I wanted was available for the next day delivery. When I received my chair it was not the color that I asked for so I called back to let them know and see about getting the correct color. The guy that I spoke with was argumentative and told me every reason why I could not get the color that was agreed-upon. I asked to speak to the manager who he said was his brother. He was not there, but called me back the next day. I got similar treatment from him “with attitude”. I kept the chair that was delivered to me. But there was no apology whatsoever. My one star rating relates totally to their customer service, which is basically nil. Good luck if you do business with them and have a problem because they probably won’t make it right.

People were very friendly and helpful! I needed new casters for my wheelchair which are a weird size and they had something in stock that were able to fit! They also replaced them for me which was nice and were able to help me solve my lack of storage problem with a cute bag that goes on the wheel. Overall very helpful and fairly cheap!
