New to West Columbia area, we'd seem to have chosen this store as our "stop for incidentals" and tonight unbeknownst to me because I wasn't driving - we ran out of gas.
And, unbelievable an Staff at store named "LJ"came over and assisted as well did another customer!
A Huge Shot Out to these guys and many accolades to this store and staff!

This place is worse and worse by the day now the 24 7 store is closed while employees just hang out in side and the person that is informing everyone to this new schedule is not even an employee also hanging out in side comes to the door and very rudely tells everyone who walks up to leave it closed and shuts door no explanation this plus how bad the service was already makes this the least convenient store every if it wasn't the only thing open around here I'd never come here and now it doesn't even have simply being open going for it smdh

Don't buy gas here! Tanks have water. Cost me $400 to drain the watered down gas out of my tank. They won't do anything for me.

This seven eleven store refuses to put soap in the men's restrooms. It has been over 6 months and I have not yet seen soap in the men's restrooms. They have a truck tonight an I am sure that they still will not put soap in the men's restrooms. They have soap in the Building but will not put any in the men restrooms. Not sure if this is some kind of health code violation, but it should be. Updated 5-6-2024 not sure why they want me to do their job. It isn't hard to see that there is no soap in the men's restrooms. I took pictures but this review will not let me add them. And I also clicked the link and filled out the information that was requested. When I told the employees at least 5 times about the lack of soap they should have addressed the issue then. I shouldn't have had to come online and complain. This doesn't make any sense..UPDATE 5-7-24. 2:50 AM. STILL NO SOAP IN THE MENS RESTROOM

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!! This is the worst gas station in the area, they are always very rede, there is occasionally something wrong with their products, and there is always something broken. I went here the other day I usually avoid it but everything else was closed, I bought some candy and I tried to checkout and the card reader was broken so I was forced to use the atm and pay the fee and when I left all of the candy was completely melted.

Everytime I go to this 7-Eleven the staff are friendly, the store is always clean. Whenever I am doing early morning rides with Uber I make it my business to stop in and gete some coffee.

This location use to be top notch, but is far below that now. Every time i visit its something now. No ciggarettes bc they allow a few cartons out a night, so they have them but just locked up in storage. Not enough cash in drawers to cash a $100 winning lotto ticket bc thry drop money in safe anytime the register is over like $50(if you cannot cash in winning tickets you should not be allowed to sell lotto, you are obligated to cash in winning tickets up to $500. Tonight no cookies whstsoever and i asked about them, the girl stated they were msking them now, in which i saw they totallg werent, i asked when the cookies would be ready then and she said sbout an hour. Those machines mske the cookies duper fast, could be done in less than 30 mins start to finished and packaged. Idk seems like its just one thing after another here now. Im glad some others have opened up 24hrs nearby.

The young adults here are a little beliggerent in their customer relations. I had one employee go from adding me to social media to attacking me because I was being social with some random locals. But I guess I have to talk everyone's ebonics while babying them just for them to act within their safeapace.
